Strategy[]

Before you begin, make sure to train all of your Monsters to level 20. Otherwise, these strategies will not work. Your Reebro can be level 18, but the quest will be signifcantly more reliant on rng..

When there is a single-element natural monster on the opponent's team, and your single-element monster does not have a move that is strong against it, it is recommended to use a weak attack from a strong monster such as your Seasonal or Ethereal to lower its stamina to as close as zero as possible, then use your own Tweedle to knock it out. This ensures minimal damage on your strong monster, and allows your relatively weaker Tweedle, who is now dead weight, to tank the subsequent hit from a strong monster. This strategy is effective for all stages except 6 where stamina is tight.

  • Stages 1, 3, 5, and 7 have little strategy. Since they are mirror matchups in terms of Monsters used, both sides should deal the same amount of damage (if probability does not throw off either side).
  • Stage 2: This stage is slighly harder than the previous stage. Use the All-Seeing Belly costume for the Tweedle for it provides the Tweedle with a counter (Cold) to its weakness (Earth). You may need luck in your favor for the next part. It is harder to deal with the Shellbeat for two reasons: 1) The Riff's strongest move, Streaming Solo, is weak against a Shellbeat. 2) The Riff has less Stamina than the Shellbeat. If your Riff is knocked out by the Shellbeat, you will most likely lose and have to restart. Battling the Hoola should not be too difficult; the Schmoochle does more damage anyway. If possible, use your Schmoochle to defeat the Shellbeat and save your Riff, in case your Schmoochle cannot defeat the Hoola due to unfavorable RNG.
  • Stage 4: This stage is harder for you are battling with a Reebro against the opponent that has a Jeeode. Use your All-Seeing Belly Tweedle against the Noggin as normal. When the opponent switches to its Shellbeat, use your Reebro to battle the Shellbeat since it is useless against a Jeeode, its weakness. Finish off the Shellbeat with your Reebro and let your Reebro be attacked by the Jeeode. If it is still awake, save your Reebro for the last attack (if lucky, two attacks). Use your Riff to deal with the Jeeode.
  • Stage 6: This stage relies the most on RNG. Use a Tweedle with All-Seeing Belly against the Noggin. If it is knocked out by the Noggin first, exit and try again. Use your Schmoochle against the Hoola. Again, if it is knocked out first, exit and restart. For Reebro, use Steam Machine against Jeeode as Mech-element moves are weak. From this point, the outcome of the match will be decided by RNG. If Jeeode does not use its Crystal-element moves, it is possible to win.
    • An alternate strategy is to use your Reebro against the Hoola. Use Steam Machine first as this is its strongest move, then use Chiefly Masterful. Once the Hoola is knocked out, the Jeeode will attack your Reebro. If it gets knocked out from this attack, exit and try again. Otherwise, switch to Schmoochle and use its strongest move on Jeeode until it is knocked out. If your Schmoochle is knocked out, use Reebro to finish off the Jeeode. It is recommended to not let your Reebro take a hit from the Jeeode aside from the first hit as a strong attack will heal the Jeeode by a great amount. This strategy is unreliable and relies very heavily on good RNG.
  • Stage 8 does not have too much strategy, although it is notable that you should often alternate attacking Monsters and save Reebro for the final blow on Jeeode.

Notes[]

  • The Zeffree's Zenith Trophy's design heavily resembles the Boss Monument, only brown instead of gold.
  • Zeffree is the name of the Air Island Colossal.
  • The trophy is brown, or bronze because Air Island’s design incorporates lots of beiges and browns.
