“ | The 'Big' Tuskski abides by a simple philosophy: staying chill when life throws something unexpected at you. Wherever it roams, the Cold Top Boss can generate its own frosty condensation, and offers its service as a private snow maker. On its own time, the Tuskski will seek out hills and mountains, blanket them with snow and uses its tusks to uproot the miniature coniferous trees on its back. Then, it arranges them in specific configurations and makes use of the uniquely-adapted nails on its hind feet to whisk down the slopes and participate in what it calls 'ten-pine bowling.' Even though it's personally enthralled by this pastime, others do not share the Quint's enthusiasm and say it's boring... yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, Mon. | ” |

Description[]
Tuskski is a Quint-Element Fire Monster that is found on Faerie Island and Amber Island. It was added alongside Rare Edamimi on March 8th, 2023 during Version 3.8.4. As a Quint-Element Fire Monster on a Magical Island, Tuskski is only available at select times. When available, it is obtained by purchasing in the Market for 250 . By default, its incubation time is 3 days and 8 hours long. As a Quint-Elemental, Tuskski has excellent Coin production on Faerie Island. The Goal for placing your first Tuskski rewards the player with 250,000 and 5 .
On Amber Island, Tuskski is only available at select times. When available, it is obtained by purchasing in the Market for 40 as a Vessel, which then can be revitalized by zapping eggs into it. As a Fire Quint-Elemental, Tuskski has a superb Relic production.
Song[]
Audio:
Instrument: Alpenhorn/Alphorn
Tuskski's contribution to the song is a soft brass. On Amber Island, it plays in Whaddle's verse, while copying its singing at one point.
On Faerie Island, it plays alongside Floot Fly, Krillby, and Clavi Gnat, as well as with Noggin at the end of the song. It also sort of copies Mammott and Bridg-it's parts at different points in the song.
VSTs[]
Virtual Studio Technology is an audio plugin software that has libraries of sound effects and synthesized instruments. Within these libraries are SoundFonts, which are the individual effects and instruments themselves. The Monster-Handlers utilize several VSTs to create the sounds of instrumental and sometimes vocal Monsters.
VST: PLAY
Sound library: EastWest RA
Path: Europe > Wind > Alpenhorn
SoundFont: Alpenhorn KS C5-G5 (Stac, Slide Oct Up, Exp Fast and Sus)
Breeding[]
Unlike in Dawn of Fire, where Tuskski is best bred with Sneyser and Noggin, Tuskski cannot be bred. Instead, it must be purchased from the Market. On Amber Island, it must be purchased as an inactive Vessel and revitalized by zapping eggs.
Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Tuskski:
- Krillby (requires level 9)
- Flowah (level 9) ()
- Candelavra (level 9) ()
- Incisaur (level 9) (,)
- Star Rocks (level 12) ()
- Cold Globe (level 16) ()
- Swurlee Tree (level 17) (,)
See the Likes page to view a complete list of all Monsters' likes.
Note: On Amber Island, all of Tuskski's likes are only obtainable for a limited time. Krillby is only available for a limited time on Faerie Island as well. Amber Vessels must be revitalized before they count towards Tuskski's happiness.

Revitalizing[]
On Amber Island, Tuskski must be powered up rather than being bred. Unlike Wublins and Celestials, the allotted time to fill a Vessel does not start when the first egg is zapped, but are instead are only available to purchase and fill at select times. The inventory must be completed in this time. When a purchased vessel is incomplete after the time, it will disappear and half of the relics spent will be given back. You will also get the option to revive Tuskski by purchasing the missing eggs with Diamonds. Eggs can be zapped from Mirror Islands instead of, or in conjunction with Natural and Magical Islands.

Filling In[]
Like other Monsters on Amber Island, Tuskski can instead be filled in with Diamonds. Each egg can be filled in for 40. Tuskski requires a total of 1,720 for all eggs to be filled.
Since all eggs have an equal Diamond fill cost, it is best to save your Diamonds for the Monsters that are harder to obtain. And oftentimes, it is cheaper to speed up eggs to zap from the Breeding Structure instead.
Wildcards may also be used when filling in a Tuskski's inventory. Similarly, it's best to save them for harder to obtain Monsters.

Statistics[]
Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]
Earning rate is in Coins per minute or Relics per month (28 days) and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's Level also increases this limit.
Faerie Island[]
Amber Island[]
Though the Relic Rate and Maximum is displayed in-game as a whole number value, internally these are decimal values. Where such values have been empirically found, they are provided in the table. When collecting from Tuskski, you will only receive the whole number value generated.
Feeding Monsters[]
Each Monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the Monster's level increases the Coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum Coins earned.

Notes[]
- Tuskski's name is a combination of "tusk," as it has tusks, and "ski," as its back feet's nails are shaped like skis. It could also be a play on the word "husky", a breed of dog used in the polar regions, such as Alaska, Northern Canada, Greenland, and Siberia, especially for work as sled dogs.
- Tuskski is the third Fire Monster to be released in My Singing Monsters before being released in My Singing Monsters: Dawn of Fire. The first is Kayna, the second is Bowhead, and the fourth is Gnarls.
- Tuskski is the last Air Elemental Monster to be released on Amber Island.
- Even though it's the Cold Quint, it has Air Island's elements plus Fire. This is because Bowhead had already taken Cold Island's elements plus Fire, and Candelavra had already taken Water Island's elements plus Fire.
- Similarly to the other Quint Element Monsters, Tuskski requires the egg of every Monster with a specific Element. In this case, it requires the egg of every Monster with the Cold Element.
- Tuskski's name and bio reference The Big Lebowski, including its love of bowling and the memetic "That's just, like, your opinion, man" line.
- Tuskski is primarily based on a Woolly Mammoth, with its four tusks possibly being inspired by gomphotheres.
- Despite not having the Plant Element, Tuskski has pine trees scattered along its back.
- It might be a reference to the "Forget it, Donny, you're out of your element!" line from The Big Lebowski.
- According to the biography, Tuskski plucks the pine trees to use as bowling pins, thus making a parallel with the absence of the Plant Element, since it removes them from its body.
- At launch, Tuskski's Memory Game sample was accidentally the same as Bowhead's.
- Tuskski, PongPing, and Incisaur were available from the start of Cloverspell 2023 (March 8th) to the start of Perplexplore 2023 (May 17th). This 70-day-long period was the longest time that a group of Vessels has ever been available (not counting Kayna's Vessel).
- Tuskski shares merits with Sneyser. Both play music through their nostrils. Tuskski also shares all of Sneyser's elements.
- Tuskski was the penultimate Common Fire Element Monster to be released on Amber Island, with Gnarls being the last Common Fire Element Monster, which was added on Amber Island alongside Viveine.
- According to the official update notes, Tuskski is the size of a mammoth, the animal that it is based on.
- Tuskski is the first and only Monster to have the Water Element on Faerie Island. It is also one of only two monsters to have the Air Element on Faerie Island, the other being Krillby.
- Tuskski is the only Common Monster to like a Fire Expansion Monster outside of Amber Island.
- By coincidence, because it was added to the game at the same time, Tuskski's egg first appeared in the 2023 Cloverspell trailer, where it was rescued by Ffidyll after plummeting from Amber Island, foreshadowing Tuskski's arrival on Faerie Island 8 months in advance.
- Being the Cold Quint, Tuskski represents the Cold Element most prominently in its appearance, despite it having Air Island’s elements.
- However, it is not on Cold Island, despite it being based on the wooly mammoth with snow on its back and its hind nails shaped like skis.
- For currently unknown reasons, Tuskski has ties to Faerie Island, as well as Cloud Island in Dawn of Fire. It inhabits Faerie Island via Fire Expansion, and Cloud Island in Dawn of Fire, as well as releasing during Faerie Island's Seasonal Event, Cloverspell.
- A baby Tuskski is called a calf.
