- The quest's name is a combination of the phrase "True or False" and falsetto, a high-pitched method of singing that is demonstrated by Furcorn.
- The Lucky Thirteen costume itself is a reference to the 2001 Horror film, Thirteen Ghosts. In specific, it is a reference to the Eleventh Ghost, or The Jackal, who wears a similar cage.
