The Sugar is the third Masher Crafting Item and overall, the tenth Crafting Item to be unlocked in the game, along with Cookie, Slime, Double Spooky Costume, and Double Festive Costume. Its Trading Post Price Range is 900 - 1,500 Coins (
). It is unlocked at Level 10.

Sugar is needed to craft into Cookies in the Bakery, which requires 2 Sugar, Double Spooky Costumes in the Costume Trunk, which requires 3, Ice Creams in the Cooking Pot, which requires 2, Syrups in the Juicer which requires 1, Carved Skylite Crystals in the Jeweler, which requires 3, Lemonades in the Juicer which requires 2, Amber Lollipops in the Candy Factory, which requires 2, Peppermint Candy in the Candy Factory, which requires 2, Sour Ice Drops in the Candy Factory, which requires 1, and Marshmallows in the Candy Factory, which requires 2.

Sugar can also be fed directly to Monsters and can be used in the Skyship.
Crafting[]
To craft a Sugar, 3 Sugar Cane (
) must be made or purchased, and processed in the Masher. To start crafting a Sugar, drag the "Sugar" icon into the Structure. It takes 15 minutes to complete crafting of one Sugar, down to 10 minutes, 20 seconds on a max-level Masher.
Once a Sugar has finished production, it can be collected for 2 
.
Skyship Requirements[]
When needed in the Skyship, the 3 Sugar orders will need 1-5 of it each, making a total of 3, 6, 9, 12, or 15 Sugar.
Strategy[]
To craft lots of Sugar, the player will need to craft lots of Sugar Canes. Please see Sugar Cane #Strategy for more info on crafting lots of Sugar Canes. The player also need to be reasonably active to produce lots of Sugar. It is recommended to buy all the nine slots in the Garden Patch, so when they collect their nine Sugar Canes, they can completely fill your Masher with Sugar, while that happens, refill your Garden Patch with Sugar Canes. When all the Sugar in the Masher is done, all of the Sugar Canes in the Garden Patch will be done too.

Please note that the cumulative crafting time takes note of the fact that primary crafting items produced from the same structure (the Garden Patch in this case) can be crafted simultaneously if not all queue slots are used.

- The Sugar used to cost 158 - 263 Coins (
