My Singing Monsters
- This is the main article for Seasonal Events. For the category, see Category:Seasonal Events
Seasonal Events are special occasions that occur at various times throughout the year in My Singing Monsters. They sometimes correspond to a real-world holiday, such as Halloween and Christmas.
During Seasonal Events, unique and elusive Seasonal Monsters as well as their Rare/Epic counterparts are available to buy or breed, they will also be 50% off on Seasonal Shanty. Seasons also typically bring seasonal Costumes, themed Obstacles, themed animated decorations, and an Island Skin. After the holiday is over, any Seasonal Monsters, Decorations, or Skins the player obtained will stay on their respective island(s).

Non-Seasonal Events[]
Month of the Mythical[]
Month of the Mythical was a special event that took place each year from 2022 to 2024. It revolved around the Mythical Monsters, and featured new content and fan-favorite sales for each week of the event. In 2022 and 2023, it featured the Make-A-Mythical community event, where the community could vote on what the next Mythical Monster would look/sound like (those being Strombonin & Buzzinga respectively).
Cyber Week[]
Cyber Week is usually celebrated after the week following American Thanksgiving and Black Friday. Various deals are offered throughout the entire week, typically including discounts on various technological/mechanical-themed items.
Shugafest[]
Shugafest is celebrated near the beginning of August, usually during SummerSong, as a celebration of Shugabush's birthday. The Shugafam members are discounted during this event, and Rares and Epics on Shugabush Island become available. In 2021, Natural Epics were made available on Shugabush Island for the first time as a part of the event.
Thumpiepalooza[]
Thumpiepalooza was a special event that occurred in March of 2024, to celebrate the release of My Singing Monsters Thumpies. It added 7 new Costumes (for Thumpies and its variants) alongside a new Decoration, the Great Tree Bawnzi, available exclusively after completing the aforementioned game. Additionally, both Rare and Epic Thumpies were made available for the duration of the event, along with 7 Costumes (6 new ones and one that was already in the game).
Out of Season Events[]
Out of Season Events are celebrated multiple times a year, and are tied to each of the Seasonal Events. Each one is celebrated 6 months before/after the original Seasonal Event is celebrated, and they have their respective Seasonal, as well as its Rare and Epic versions, become available. If the Seasonal has a Colossingum Quest/Costume associated with it, this will become available as well. In 2021, Rare Gobbleygourd was made available for the first time during its Out of Season Promotion in May, the first Rare Seasonal to do so. This release pattern would continue for the rest of the Rare Seasonals as well, finally ending with Rare Boo'qwurm in February of 2024.
Minor Holidays[]
Several other human-world holidays are mentioned in social media posts by BBB, and are sometimes accompanied by a short Sale or Promotion.
Notes[]
- In the Korean and Chinese version of My Singing Monsters, Monster Choir, Plant Island is decorated for SummerSong instead.
- The way the rocks on Water Island are decorated for Eggs-Travaganza is a reference to the Moai heads of Easter Island.
- Anniversary Month is the only reoccurring time-limited event to be later classified as a Seasonal Event (and thus the only one to then also receive a Seasonal Monster).
