My Singing Monsters

No one can agree on how the two-headed Schmoochle came to be. Some say that it began as two individual Monsters who fell so deeply in love with each other that they forfeited their own bodies and decided to live together in just one. Others insist that they are just born that way, arriving in a puff of brightly-colored feathers. In any case, a Schmoochle is always a welcome addition to the Air Island chorus.
Monster Bio

Description

Schmoochle is a Seasonal Monster that celebrates the Season of Love holiday and is found on Air Island. It was added on February 5th, 2013 during Version 1.1.1. As a Seasonal Monster, it is only available at certain times. It is best obtained by breeding Riff and Tweedle. By default, its breeding time is 1 day, 7 hours, 6 minutes, and 30 seconds long. Schmoochle does not have a high coin production.

Schmoochle can either be teleported to Seasonal Shanty once fed to level 15, or bred at any time with the combination of any two Aux Seasonals (Gobbleygourd, Clavavera, Viveine, Jam Boree, Carillong, Whiz-bang, Monculus, Ffidyll, Spurrit). Schmoochle has a low coin production compared to other Monsters on Seasonal Shanty.

Audio sample:

Voice actor: Dave Kerr

The heads sing as a duet, taking turns going "Bum" or "Ba" in a high pitched voice, and then synchronizing at the end. Its voice sounds like a high-pitched voice of the Mammott.

Breeding

The Schmoochle Monster can only be bred for a limited time during the Season of Love or any time in the Seasonal Shanty.:

Likes

Every monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the monster, the monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a monster will still only increase its happiness by 25%. If there's a Unity Tree on the island, items don't need to be near the monsters. Notes

  • The first part of Schmoochle's name comes from the word "smooch", another word for "kiss". The second part of the Schmoochle's name may have come from "Poochle", a common dog name, which is then combined with the aforementioned "smooch."
  • Its egg is the second least ovoid of all the eggs, the first being Wubbox's (plus its Rare and Epic).
  • It is the only Seasonal Monster to take up 2 beds, probably due it being two monsters in one.
  • Some prototypes of the Schmoochle had been released on this link.
  • Some of the Schmoochle's names are references to love-related things, such as Uandme being 'you and me', and Kawii being a misspelling of Kawaii, the Japanese word for cute.
  • On Air Island, Schmoochle flaps its wings, despite it not flying there. On Gold Island and Seasonal Shanty, it outright flies in the air.
