Description[]
Schmoochle is a Seasonal Monster that celebrates the Season of Love holiday and is found on Air Island, Seasonal Shanty, The Colossingum, and Gold Island. It was added on February 5th, 2013, during version 1.1.1. As a Seasonal Monster, it is only available at certain times. It is best obtained by breeding Riff and Tweedle. By default, its breeding time is 1 day, 7 hours, and 6 minutes long. Schmoochle does not have a high Coin production.
Schmoochle can be teleported to Seasonal Shanty once fed to Level 15. Schmoochle has a low Coin production compared to other Monsters on Seasonal Shanty. The Goal for placing a Schmoochle on Seasonal Shanty rewards the player with 3 Diamonds (

The heads sing as a duet, taking turns going "Bum" or "Ba" in a high-pitched voice, and then synchronizing at the end. On most islands, Schmoochle's voice is usually a highly pitched recording of Dave Kerr, while Schmoochle on Seasonal Shanty is just a calm falsetto voice performed by Amelia Fraser. Schmoochle's voice on the Colossingum and on the Composer App is a high-pitched recording of Matthew Stewart.

On Seasonal Shanty, the only way to get a Schmoochle without already having another Schmoochle on the Island is through teleporting.
Any breeding combinations containing a Schmoochle may fail, and give one of the parents as a result. However, breeding a Schmoochle with an Aux Seasonal is preferable, as it has a higher chance of getting another Schmoochle than that of getting an Aux Seasonal:

Out of these, Schmoochle + Monculus is the best combination, as it has the lowest waiting time in case of not resulting in another Schmoochle. Schmoochle + Spurrit and Schmoochle + Gobbleygourd are also good choices.
The Rare variant of any breeding Monster can be used instead of the Common variant.
However, on Seasonal Shanty, the best way of getting a duplicate Schmoochle is by breeding a Common Schmoochle with its Rare variant, with 100% chance of getting it if the Rare variant is not available:

Schmoochle, like all Seasonals are only available during their own season, a weekend Out-of-Season event (6 months apart) and the Anniversary Month Celebration. It is also available to breed at any time on Seasonal Shanty.
NOTE: Schmoochle can only be bred or purchased during the available dates. Any Schmoochles on Air Island or The Colossingum that are obtained during that time will stay unless they are sold. However, as stated before, Schmoochle can be bought or bred on Seasonal Shanty at any time, though it is discounted when it is available on other Islands. Schmoochle is also obtainable via weekly Scratch Tickets on Air Island or its Mirror Island. Additionally, Schmoochle can be placed on Gold Island at any time once it is level 15 on Air Island or its Mirror Island.

Feeding Monsters[]
Each Monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the Monster's level increases the Coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum Coins earned.

Egg Consumption[]
- Main article: Zapping
While trying to breed other Monsters (particularly Monsters with a very low chance of breeding), the following Celestials can be used to "dispose of" Schmoochle eggs immediately, instead of putting them into a Nursery and having that Nursery not be available. Note that doing this for Rare and Epic Wublins will cause the Wublin to stop producing currency and the eggs will not expire.

Note that Monster eggs can only be "disposed of" before awakening Celestials; afterwards those Monsters will not accept any eggs. Also note that Monsters to which you have already disposed the number of Schmoochle eggs that it accepts, will no longer be available as a "recycle bin" for such eggs. Also note that Seasonal Monsters, like Schmoochle, cannot be zapped from Seasonal Shanty.

Notes[]
- The first part of Schmoochle's name comes from the word "smooch", another word for "kiss". The second part of Schmoochle's name may have come from "Poochle", a common dog name, which is then combined with the aforementioned "smooch."
- Schmoochle's possible names were decided in a name contest.
- Its egg is the second least ovoid of all the eggs, the first being Wubbox's (plus its Rare and Epic variants).
- Schmoochle is one of only two Seasonal Monsters to take up 2 beds (the other being Boo'qwurm), due to it being two Monsters in one.
- It is also one of only three Seasonal Monsters overall to occupy more than one bed, with Jam Boree taking up three beds.
- Some prototypes of Schmoochle had been released on this link.
- On Air Island, Schmoochle flaps its wings, despite it ironically not flying there. On Seasonal Shanty and Gold Island, it outright flies in the air.
- Before November 9th, 2022, it was possible to breed Schmoochle on Seasonal Shanty using any combination of 2 Aux. Seasonals.
- Despite the fact that it, along with Hoola, are both possible to breed at Level 7, they are actually first unlocked at Level 9.
- Schmoochle's breeding time was changed to just 1 day and 7 hours sometime between Season of Love 2023 and May 4th, 2023. On October 7th, 2023, it was noticed that this change had been reverted (possibly as of October 4th, 2023).
- When Schmoochle was first released, it mistakenly didn't sing on Gold Island[1].
