Rootitoot appears similar to both a tree and a heart.
Much like its counterpart in DoF, Rootitoot uses the tube-like branches on its head to play an Oboe-like melody. It plays alongside Phangler, Kayna and Oaktopus.
Rootitoot requires the elements of Plant, Water and Fire. Breeding combinations are as follows:
Earning Rate and Maximum Income
Earning rate is in coins per hour and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness), also each monster has a limit to how much income it can hold at a time. Increasing the monster's level increases the limit.
Each monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the monster's level increases the coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum coins earned.

- It was the first Triple, and also the only new (reintroduced) Natural Monster to appear on Psychic Island. The same applies to Ziggurab on Faerie Island and Thrumble on Bone Island.
- Rootitoot on a space-like island (Psychic Island) is possibly a reference to it being able to go on Space Island in Dawn of Fire.
- Unlike Dawn Of Fire, its track is divided into 3 parts instead of a continuous sound
