Riffs are masterful musicians. Very little is known about these complex Monsters, but they do have some distinct and unusual habits. For example, Riffs use their flexible toes to select random objects from the ground which they inspect, then eat.

Strategy[]
As with all other Quads, Riff is very strong with a versatile moveset, but with a lot of weaknesses.
Costume Choices:
Seaweed Wraps provides Riff with a Plant coverage, allowing it to deal strong damage to Water-element monsters.
Spiny Six-String provides Riff with a Musical coverage, as it is not resisted by any monster regardless of element, but this means no monster is weak to it either. However, Riff, ironically, lost its Air () move when equipped, so it cannot deal strong damage against Potbellies or Oaktopi. When below Level 15, it is not good for battling Maws and Bowgarts because although Riff, when equipped, has a musical move, its only elemental moves are Earth () and Cold (), which are weak against these monsters.
Notes[]
Riff's move "Snowstrum" sounds similar to Mariah Carey's song, "All I Want For Christmas is You".
Riff’s move “Streaming Solo” sounds a lot like the guitar solo from the Led Zeppelin song, "Stairway to Heaven".
Update 3.2.0 permanently changed the price of many costumes. Spiny Six-String changed from 40 (discounted) and 60 (full price) to 30 (discounted) and 45 (full price). Seaweed Wraps changed from 100 (discounted) and 150 (full price) to 25 (discounted) and 37 (full price).
