Description[]

Reedling is a Triple-Elemental Monster that is first available at Level 9. It is best obtained by breeding Noggin and Dandidoo. Its breeding and incubation time is 12 hours long. It can be teleported to Cloud Island once fed to level 15.

Like always, Reedling uses its flutes on its back to make its song, on the Continent, it plays in the last part of the song. When it is teleported to Cloud Island, it plays in harmony with Tweedle and Entbrat.

Virtual Studio Technology is an audio plugin software that has libraries of sound effects and synthesized instruments. Within these libraries are SoundFonts, which are the individual effects and instruments themselves. The Monster-Handlers utilize several VSTs to create the sounds of instrumental and sometimes vocal Monsters.

Feeding Monsters[]

Reedling will request food and/or non-food items that are the products of Structures. If you cannot give the Monster the food or items it requires, you can click the New Order button. After a 15 minute wait, it will ask for a new combination of foods or other items.

Rewards[]

When given the wanted foods or items, like any Monster, it will reward you Coins.

Teleporting[]

Reedling takes 20 hours to Cloud Island when fed to level 15.

Prismatic Variants[]

During limited time events when Prism Gate is open and Reedling is available for transformation on Outer Islands, an adult Reedling can be transformed into one of six different colored variants.

Reedling's sound was originally teased in "The Making Of My Singing Monsters," along with Incisaur and Tiawa, before any of them had been revealed.^[1]
Unlike in the original My Singing Monsters game, its egg lacks it's ears.
Reedling is notably dog-like in Dawn of Fire, mentioning a slobbery mouth, a bark, tail wagging, and being called pups, canines, and a Monster's best friend.
- Furthermore, its young form has a large black nose and floppy ears, making it further resemble a dog.
The Reedling actually goes a little off-key in Cloud Island, as in accordance with its Bio.
Originally, Adult Reedling's portrait depicted it with a black nose like its Young form, instead of a pink one. This was quickly changed.
Reedling is the last monster from Earth Island to have its Prismatic forms, thus making it the first island to complete the prismatic collection.
Reedling (along with Scups) was the final returning Triple-Element Natural Monster from My Singing Monsters to be added to Dawn of Fire.
There is currently a bug where Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green Prismatic Reedling's eyelids are gray.
- There is also another bug where Purple Prismatic Reedling's spikes behind its legs disappear when playing second and third track.
