What is the best way to breed a Rare Schmoochle? toggle section

Rare Schmoochle can be bred the same way as a regular Schmoochle, which is by breeding Riff and Tweedle. Its breeding time by default is 1 day, 7 hours, and 45 minutes. On Seasonal Shanty, Rare Schmoochle can be bred through breeding failures. Schmoochle and Monculus is the best combination to use, as it has the lowest average breeding fail time, as well as a higher chance to produce a Schmoochle. Remember, Rare Schmoochle is only available for brief periods during its season on February, its Out-of-Season event on August, "Time of the Season" promotions during Anniversary Month, and "Song in your Heart" promotions during Festival of Yay.

Rare Schmoochle's coin production rate is influenced by its Happiness percentage and level. The coin production increases with increments of 25%, 50%, and 75% Happiness. The maximum income it can hold also rises with its level. Despite lower daily coin production, frequent collections can make it comparable to Ethereals or Quad-Elements in terms of income.

Rare Schmoochle is a Rare Seasonal Monster that celebrates the Season of Love holiday and is found on Air Island, Seasonal Shanty, and Gold Island. It was added on February 3rd, 2017, during version 2.0.3. By default, its breeding time is 1 day, 7 hours, and 45 minutes long. As a Rare Seasonal Monster, it is only available at certain times across all islands. It is best obtained by breeding Tweedle and Riff. Rare Schmoochle does not have a high Coin production.

Rare Schmoochle can either be teleported to Seasonal Shanty once fed to level 15, or bred with the same combination as its Common counterpart. Rare Schmoochle has a low Coin production compared to other Monsters on Seasonal Shanty.

On Seasonal Shanty, breeding a Schmoochle with any other Monster can result in a Rare Schmoochle instead of a Common Schmoochle. However, breeding a Schmoochle with an Aux. Seasonal is preferential, as it has a higher chance of getting another Schmoochle than that of getting an Aux. Seasonal:

Out of these, Schmoochle + Monculus is the best combination, as it has the lowest waiting time in case of not resulting in a Rare Schmoochle. Schmoochle + Spurrit and Schmoochle + Gobbleygourd are also good combinations, but they have slightly longer waiting times compared to Schmoochle + Monculus. Once a Rare Schmoochle is obtained, breeding it with a Common Schmoochle can make it easier to breed another Rare Schmoochle.

Rare Schmoochle, like all Rare Seasonals, is only available for short durations during their own season, a weekend Out-of-Season event (6 months apart) and during the Anniversary Month Celebration.

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. Earning rate is in Coins per minute and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's level also increases this limit.

Rare Schmoochle had various teasers confirming its appearance in the game.
- The first teaser is found in one of the coloring pages in My Singing Monsters: Coloring Book.
- The second teaser is found in the Season of Love 2017 Login Screen.
- The third teaser was found in the official My Singing Monsters Facebook Page background.
There was a glitch with Rare Schmoochle on Seasonal Shanty, where during its first track, the center heart was shifted slightly to the right, leaving it lopsided, however, it was shifted back when idle, and during its second track.
On October 4, 2023, Rare Schmoochle's breeding and incubation time (along with Rare Blabbit and Rare Yool) was changed from 1 day, 15 hours, and 15 minutes to 1 day, 7 hours, and 45 minutes.
