My Singing Monsters Wiki

The Common Nitebear never wants to be a party killjoy and sometimes insists that it must isolate itself to avoid spoiling others' celebrations. No one ever really wants that, and the Triple-Element Ethereal is forever invited to join in the Workshop song… but sometimes it makes sense not to poke the 'bear when its mind is made up. With interinsular travel being limited because of the Workshop, the Nitebear must instead embark on a journey of self-discovery 'within' (whether that means its machinery or its imagination is unclear). There, the Nitebear encounters an assortment of wild creatures, each covered with Monstrous features. In this hideaway, all are welcome to join in the wild rumpus and take turns trying to scare each other. When Nitebears return from this journey within, they have miraculously taken on the physical attributes of their erstwhile companions and completed the transformation into Rare Nitebears! Grunts and groans remain unchanged, but the memory of where the wild things were has produced lasting internal impacts.
Monster Bio

Description[]

Rare Nitebear is a Triple-Element Rarethereal Monster found on Ethereal Workshop and the Ethereal Islets. It was added alongside Epic Candelavra and Epic Knurv on November 19th, 2025, during version 5.1.1. As a Rarethereal on Ethereal Workshop, it is obtained by evolving a Common Nitebear by tuning up all of its elements using the Rarefied Attunement Structure. As a Triple-Element Rarethereal, Rare Nitebear has a decent Shard production compared to other Monsters on Ethereal Workshop.

On the Ethereal Islets, it is obtained by Dish-Harmonizing using the Rarefied Dish-Harmonizer during special promotions. As a Triple-Element Rarethereal, Rare Nitebear has a high shard production compared to other Monsters on the Ethereal Islets.

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree or a Primordial Monster of the same rarity on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Rare Nitebear:

See the Likes page to view a complete list of all Monsters' likes.

Note: All of Rare Nitebear's likes on the Ethereal Islets (except Nitebear) are only obtainable for a limited time, and it may not be possible to get Rare Nitebear to 100% happiness.

Monsters Who Like It[]

The following Monster(s) will increase their happiness by 25% when being placed near Rare Nitebear or when Rare Nitebear and a Unity Tree are on the Island. These may or may not also be Rare Nitebear's likes as well:
