Trying to get a Ghazt is akin to catching smoke with your hands. So you can imagine that trying to get your hands on a Rare Ghazt is like trying to catch a particular puff of smoke that floats by once in a blue moon, with your hands... while blindfolded. This centaurine 'Rarethereal' is the crowning jewel of any Monster collection.
Monster Bio

Description[]

Rare Ghazt is a Single-Element Rarethereal Monster. It was added on April 22nd, 2016 during Version 1.4.0, making it the first Rarethereal to be released. As a Rare Monster, it is only available at select times. It is best obtained by breeding Entbrat and T-Rox. By default, its breeding time is 1 day, 21 hours, and 30 minutes long. Rare Ghazt has a great Coin production on Plant Island that is bested by very few Monsters. It has a Coin rate between comparable to Epic Entbrat, with Rare Ghazt being the better option when collecting once per day or less.

Rare Ghazt can either be teleported to Ethereal Island when fed to level 15, or bred there with any combination that would result in a Rare Ghazt. It will take 12 hours, 38 minutes, and 15 seconds to breed. Like all Rare Single-Element Ethereals, Rare Ghazt has excellent Shard production, bested only by Epic Monsters. Note that Rare Ghazt has a slightly lower rate than Rare Reebro, Rare Jeeode, and Rare Humbug.

Breeding[]

Like all other Rares, Rare Ghazt is only available for breeding during short time periods announced in the game.

Like its Common variant, Rare Ghazt can be bred on Plant Island using a combination of Entbrat and a Triple-Element Monster. Possible combinations:

Failed breeding results are one of the parent Monsters, or a normal Ghazt. For the shortest wait time per attempt, Entbrat and T-Rox is recommended. Rare Ghazt's chances of breeding are less than the Common Ghazt's. Wishing Torches will increase the chance of success, and so will using high level Monsters. Note that a Rare Monster can substitute any parent.

Breeding on Ethereal Island[]

On Ethereal Island, breeding a Ghazt with any other Monster can result in a Rare Ghazt instead of a Common Ghazt. Note that it is better to breed Ghazt with another Single-Element Ethereal rather than a Double-Element Ethereal, as this gives less chance of getting a Double-Element Ethereal, which takes a much longer time to breed and incubate. Possible combinations:

Once a Rare Ghazt is obtained, breeding it with a regular Ghazt to get more Rare Ghazts will avoid getting one or two element Ethereals in the way, as long as Rare Ghazt is still available.

Availability[]

For a list of when this Monster has been available, see: Breeding Availability

Rare Ghazt, like all Rarethereals are only available for breeding and buying some of the time during special events, typically during the weekend. Examples:

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Rare Ghazt:

Statistics[]

Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]

Earning rate is in Coins per minute or Shards per hour and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's Level also increases this limit.
