Rares of this species have embraced balance so much so that their headcaps shrivel away to reveal plant-like growth climbing skyward . This growth eventually extends all over their bodies, even prompting extra stridulatory limbs to sprout! They believe this represents an unfettering of the imagination, and a powerful connection to the natural world - even though they're ethereal!

Description

The Rare Fung Pray appears similar to the regular Fung Pray. However, the most noticeable difference is its color, which is now multiple shades of green and brown. The Rare Fung Pray's mushroom cap is now gone; it is instead replaced with a handful of grass-like growths. Its "collar" is also distinctively thicker when compared to its common counterpart. Its torso is brown, accompanied by several green and brown spikes protruding from the back of it. The Rare Fung Pray has four arms now, compared to the original two; a duo protruding from the torso and another coming from the neck. The Rare Fung Pray sits atop a pod of leaves, and appears to have no legs like the Jeeode, and a face like the Humbug. Overall, it appears to be more plant-like than fungus-like.

When idle, the Rare Fung Pray rocks back and forth constantly with its mantis arms facing downwards.

Breeding

Like all other Rares, Rare Fung Pray is only available for breeding during short time periods announced in the game. Any combination that can produce a Fung Pray, can produce a Rare Fung Pray.

Recommended combinations:

  1. Rare Fung Pray + Fung Pray Rare Fung Pray and Fung Pray - if you already have a Rare Fung Pray
  2. Fung Pray + Ghazt Fung Pray and Ghazt (or any other Single Ethereal)
  3. Jeeode + Humbug Jeeode and Humbug - if you don't yet have a Fung Pray

Double element Rarethereals have a very low chance of success, especially compared to Naturals and Fire Monsters.

Every monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the monster, the monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a monster will still only increase its happiness by 25%. If there's a Unity Tree on the island, items don't need to be near the monsters.
