Rare Floogull posits that the most mouthwatering meal is one that belongs to someone else! This renegade Rare quietly hovers in the vicinity of feasts, brunches, and midnight snackings in order to swipe a stray morsel. When scolded, the beaked bandit is quick to make amends with an apologetic honk.
Monster Bio

Description[]

Rare Floogull is a Triple-Element Rare Fire Monster that is found on Fire Haven and Amber Island. It was added on July 4th, 2019 during Version 2.3.0. As a Rare Monster, it is only available at select times. When available, it is best obtained by breeding Glowl and Noggin. By default, its breeding time is 1 day, 2 hours, and 30 minutes long. As a Fire Triple-Elemental, Rare Floogull has decent Coin production, though Tring is recommended.

On Amber Island, Rare Floogull can only be obtained by successfully evolving a Common Floogull that is at least level 4 via the Crucible. Its successful evolution time is 1 day, 2 hours, and 30 minutes long.

Breeding[]

Rare Floogull can be bred the same way as a Common Floogull. The combinations are:

Any kind of breeding attempt which includes a Common Floogull may fail, and give a Rare Floogull as a result instead of the Common Floogull. This includes all of the breeding combinations that cannot ever work in the usual way. In particular:

The Rare versions of any Monster can be used for breeding instead of the Common version. In addition, it is possible to breed a Rare Floogull and a Common Floogull together. The outcome will always be a Floogull and if a Rare Floogull is available at that time, it may result from this combination.

Availability[]

For a list of when this Monster has been available, see: Breeding Availability

Rare Floogull, like all Rare Natural and Fire Monsters, is only available for breeding and buying some of the time during special events. Examples of such events:

  • All Monsters that appear on a certain Island.
  • All Monsters with a specific element.
  • All Monsters with a specific theme.
  • A seemingly random selection of a handful of Monsters.

In particular, they are likely to appear during Special Occasions.

The exception is Rare Fire Monsters on Amber Island. These are evolved in the Crucible, and are available any time after the Crucible is unlocked (by having 15 Monsters on Amber Island).

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Rare Floogull:

See the Likes page to view a complete list of all Monsters' likes.

Note: On Amber Island, all of Rare Floogull's likes are only obtainable for a limited time. Amber Vessels must be revitalized before they count towards Rare Floogull's happiness.

Statistics[]

Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]

Earning rate is in Coins per minute or Relics per month (28 days) and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's Level also increases this limit.

Egg Consumption[]

While trying to breed other Monsters (particularly Monsters with a very low chance of breeding), the following Celestials can be used to "dispose of" Rare Floogull eggs immediately instead of putting them into a Nursery and having that Nursery not be available. Note that doing this for Rare Wublins will cause the Wublin to stop producing currency and the eggs will not expire.

Note that Monster eggs can only be "disposed of" before awakening Celestials; afterwards those Monsters will not accept any eggs. Also note that Monsters to which you have already disposed the number of Rare Floogull eggs that it accepts, will no longer be available as a "recycle bin" for such eggs. Awakened Celestials only accept eggs during their corresponding Celestial month. When being zapped into Celestials as a Flex Egg, Rare Floogull is not required for the Celestial to ascend.
