| “ | Rare Edamimis represent such a radical departure in terms of both appearance and disposition from their Common relatives that Monsters more often refer to them as 'Gloomy Blooms.' A verdurous veneer? Replaced by atramentous armature. A bright, sunny attitude? Replaced by snide cynicism. Like other Rares in the Plant family, these Fire Monsters process the darkness through umbrasynthesis... and it appears that the side-effects are more than skin-deep. They're stupendous dancers though - even if they're full of woe. | ” |

Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree or a Primordial Monster of the same rarity on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Rare Edamimi:

Statistics[]
Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]

Note: Relic rates below level 4 are not possible in-game.
Psychic Island[]
Amber Island[]
When collecting from Rare Edamimi, you will only receive the whole number of Relics generated.
Feeding Monsters[]

Notes[]
- Rare Edamimi may be a reference to the Netflix series Wednesday and its titular character of Wednesday Addams, especially the last sentence of its bio, which references its dancing abilities (Wednesday's dance scene in the show's fourth episode went viral across social media) and use of the word "woe" (which was incorporated into the title of every episode of the show). Additionally, the two sprigs on its head resemble Wednesday's pigtails.
- Coincidentally, it was also released on a Wednesday.
- Prior to version 4.4.0, Rare Edamimi used to have a different pose in the Book of Monsters than its Common counterpart.
- Rare Edamimi was the final Rare Fire Monster to released during a Common wave on Amber Island, being released in Wave 13.
- Before version 4.1.1, Rare Edamimi's egg was unused in-game and only seen in the fankit. This was changed in version 4.1.1 as Rare Edamimi was added to Psychic Island.
