“ | It's the Dawn of the Denchuhs! Rare Denchuhs love Treats just as much as they despise oral hygiene. After all, brushing away the crumbs means they won't have leftovers to snack on later. No matter how many warnings their beleaguered dentist gives, this gluttonous pair simply will not listen. It is a tragedy that their ears aren't as big as their decaying mega-mouths! It has been repeatedly observed that the sweeter of the Denchuhs tends to suffer from more accelerated tooth decay than its sourpuss companion, suggesting that it eats the Kazilleon's share of the Treats. Could the so-called grumpy twin be more generous than it looks, or did its sweet tooth simply rot away too soon? | ” |

Description[]
Rare Denchuhs is a Double-Element Rare Magical Monster. It was added alongside Epic PongPing on February 26th, 2025 during version 4.7.1, though it was first made available on March 5th, 2025. As a Rare Monster, it is only available at select times. It is best obtained by breeding, in which the combination is the same as its Common variant. By default, its breeding time is 12 hours and 30 minutes long. Although a Rare Monster, Rare Denchuhs still does not have high Coin production.
On Magical Nexus, Rare Denchuhs is obtained by Transposing by spending 10 once fed to level 18. Its Transposing time is 1 day, 6 hours, and 30 minutes long. Unlike Bone Island, Rare Denchuhs does not produce currency on Magical Nexus.
Song[]
- See Denchuhs.
Breeding[]
Rare Denchuhs can be bred the same way as a Common Denchuhs. The combination is:
+
Toe Jammer
and Clackula
Any kind of breeding attempt which includes a Common Denchuhs may fail, and give a Rare Denchuhs as a result instead of the Common Denchuhs. This includes all of the breeding combinations that cannot ever work in the usual way. In particular:
+
Denchuhs
and Plinkajou
- (Best choice, slight chance of getting a Plinkajou.)
+
Denchuhs
and Toe Jammer
- (Good choice, if Toe Jammer eggs can be safely disposed of to Nursery, Wublin, Celestial, or Vessel)
The Rare variants of any Monster can be used for breeding instead of the Common variant. In addition, it is possible to breed a Rare Denchuhs and a Common Denchuhs together. The outcome will always be a Denchuhs and if a Rare Denchuhs is available at that time, it may result from this combination.
Availability[]
- For a list of when this Monster has been available, see: Breeding Availability
Rare Denchuhs, like all Rare Magicals are only available for breeding and buying some of the time during special events.
Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree or a Primordial Monster on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Rare Denchuhs:
- Denchuhs (requires level 9)
- Digger (level 15)
- Odd-o-Mobile (level 15)
- Kab's Wax (level 16) (

Statistics[]
Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]
Earning rate is in Coins per minute and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's level also increases this limit.
Feeding Monsters[]
Each Monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the Monster's level increases the Coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum Coins earned.

More info can be found in the Feeding article.
Egg Consumption[]
- Main article: Zapping
While trying to breed other Monsters (particularly Monsters with a very low chance of breeding), the following Celestials can be used to "dispose of" Rare Denchuhs eggs immediately, instead of putting them into a Nursery and having that Nursery not be available. Note that doing this for Rare and Epic Wublins will cause the Wublin to stop producing currency and the eggs will not expire.

Note that Monster eggs can only be "disposed of" before awakening Celestials; afterwards those Monsters will not accept any eggs. Also note that Monsters to which you have already disposed the number of Rare Denchuhs eggs that it accepts, will no longer be available as a "recycle bin" for such eggs. Awakened Celestials only accept eggs during their corresponding Celestial month. When being zapped into Celestials as a Flex Egg, Rare Denchuhs is not required for the Celestial to ascend.
