Description

Rare Clavi Gnat is a Triple-Element Rare Magical Monster. It was added alongside Rare Fiddlement and Epic Floogull on November 13th, 2024 during version 4.5.2, though it was first made available on November 20th, 2024. As a Rare Monster, it is only available at select times. It is best obtained by breeding, in which the combination is the same as its Common variant. By default, its breeding time is 1 day, 1 hour, and 30 minutes long. As a Rare Monster, Rare Clavi Gnat has a rather good Coin production.

On Magical Nexus, Rare Clavi Gnat is obtained by Transposing by spending 20 once fed to level 18. Its Transposing time is 1 day, 19 hours, and 30 minutes long. Unlike Faerie Island, Rare Clavi Gnat does not produce currency on Magical Nexus.

Breeding

Rare Clavi Gnat can be bred the same way as a Common Clavi Gnat. The following combinations are:

• + Mammott and Wimmzies
• + Kayna and Squot
• + Floot Fly and Boskus

Any kind of breeding attempt which includes a Common Clavi Gnat may fail, and give a Rare Clavi Gnat as a result instead of the Common Clavi Gnat. This includes all of the breeding combinations that cannot ever work in the usual way. In particular:

• + Clavi Gnat and Pladdie
  • (Best choice, very small chance of getting a Pladdie)
• + Clavi Gnat and Mammott
  • (Good choice, if Mammott eggs can be safely disposed of to Nursery, Wublin, Celestial, or Vessel)

The Rare variants of any Monster can be used for breeding instead of the Common variant. In addition, it is possible to breed a Rare Clavi Gnat and a Common Clavi Gnat together. The outcome will always be a Clavi Gnat and if a Rare Clavi Gnat is available at that time, it may result from this combination.

Earning Rate and Maximum Income

Earning rate is in Coins per minute and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's Level also increases this limit.

Feeding Monsters

Each Monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the Monster's level increases the Coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum Coins earned.

Egg Consumption

Main article: Zapping

While trying to breed other Monsters (particularly Monsters with a very low chance of breeding), the following Celestials can be used to "dispose of" Rare Clavi Gnat eggs immediately, instead of putting them into a Nursery and having that Nursery not be available. Note that doing this for Rare Wublins will cause the Wublin to stop producing currency and the eggs will not expire.

Note that Monster eggs can only be "disposed of" before awakening Celestials; afterwards those Monsters will not accept any eggs. Also note that Monsters to which you have already disposed the number of Rare Clavi Gnat eggs that it accepts, will no longer be available as a "recycle bin" for such eggs. Awakened Celestials only accept eggs during their corresponding Celestial month. When being zapped into Celestials as a Flex Egg, Rare Clavi Gnat is not required for the Celestial to ascend.

Notes

• Rare Clavi Gnat and Rare Fiddlement were the first Rare Magicals to have the Cold Element. However, Rare Clavi Gnat did not become available until a week after Rare Fiddlement released.
• The fruiting bulbs on Rare Clavi Gnat's plant resemble red dragon fruit, while its body resembles both a yellow dragon fruit and a kiwano.
• There is currently a bug in which Rare Clavi Gnat maximum Coins produced at level 10 is significantly lower than any other level.
