Rare Boodoo is a Double-Element Rarethereal Monster that is found on Ethereal Island and Shadow Islet. It was added on December 9th, 2016, during version 2.0.3. As a Rare Monster, it is only available at select times. It is bred using the same combination as its Common variant, being Grumpyre and Jeeode. By default, its breeding time is 2 days, 4 hours, and 30 minutes long. As a Rare Double-Element Ethereal, Rare Boodoo has a decent Shard production, although Single-Element Ethereals are recommended.

On Shadow Islet, Rare Boodoo is obtained by Dish-Harmonizing using the Rarefied Dish-Harmonizer during special promotions. It's incubation time is 1 day and 1 hour long. As a Double-Element Rarethereal, Rare Boodoo does not have a high shard production compared to other Monsters on Shadow Islet.

Rare Boodoo can be bred the same way as a Common Boodoo. The combination is:

Any kind of breeding attempt which includes a Common Boodoo may fail, and give a Rare Boodoo as a result instead of the Common Boodoo. This includes all of the breeding combinations that cannot ever work in the usual way. In particular:
