My Singing Monsters Wiki

Some nasty rumors persist that the Rare Bisonorus (both its Standard and Emperor forms) is the product of genetic experimentation, instead of progressive evolution... but not so! It's true that this Fire Rare is abnormally strong and virtually indestructible, but those are traits that have been selected for over the course of many generations. The 'further'-ed Standard sports a hefty tail that aids its balance as it rocks the antlered Emperor on its head - their one true place is with each other, and they ardently believe in the concept of family.

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree or a Primordial Monster of the same rarity on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Rare Bisonorus:

See the Likes page to view a complete list of all Monsters' likes.

Note: On Amber Island, all of Rare Bisonorus's likes are only obtainable for a limited time. Amber Vessels must be revitalized before they count towards Rare Bisonorus's happiness.

Notes[]

  • Rare Bisonorus' bio contains several references to Lilo & Stitch. This may originate from the Standard and Emperor forms' respective resemblances to Jumba and Pleakley, two characters from the movie and franchise.
    • The rumor of Rare Bisonorus being the product of genetic experimentation is a reference to Stitch's origins as a genetic experiment created by Jumba.
    • Rare Bisonorus is stated to be "abnormally strong and nearly indestructible," two traits that it shares with Stitch.
    • Their "one true place" is with each other, a callback to Stitch's one true place with Lilo, as well as their focus on finding Stitch's "cousins" (Jumba's other genetic experiments) their own one true places in Lilo & Stitch: The Series.
    • The concept of family - ʻohana - is a recurring theme throughout Lilo & Stitch.
  • Rare Bisonorus was the last Rare Quad-Element Fire Monster to release on Amber Island and in the overall game.
  • Rare Bisonorus may be blue as a reference to concept art for the Bisonorus, which was blue.
  • Rare Bisonorus released after Rare Incisaur, breaking the pattern of Rare Monsters releasing on Amber Island in the order that their Common variants released in the original game.
  • Before version 4.1.1, Rare Bisonorus' egg was unused in-game and only seen in the fan kit. This was changed in version 4.1.1 as Rare Bisonorus was added to Psychic Island.
