The Quad Spooky Costume is the fourth and one of the five Spooktacle Costumes crafted in the Costume Trunk and overall, the twenty-second Crafting Item to be unlocked in the game, along with Candy Apple and Amber Lollipop. It is unlocked at Level 22, and is used for Quad-Element Monsters with Spooktacle Costumes.

The Quad Spooky Costume is used to equip Quad-Element Monsters with their Spooktacle Costume. Currently, this can be applied to Yelmut, Entbrat, and Incisaur.
