“ | Wow! This Triple-Element Ethereal is… not what we were expecting. In a class of Monsters that includes some of the more unsightly species, the Piplash exists in stark and striking contrast. It's so cute and endearing! Even its headbanging, stereotypically associated with hardcore genres, is absolutely delightful. What precisely is going on here?! Is the Piplash harboring some secret, putting up a front, concealing a side we can't see? Could the Monster possibly be as wholesome as it outwardly seems? This is driving us crazy!!! | ” |

Description[]
Piplash is a Triple-Element Ethereal Monster found on Ethereal Workshop. It was added alongside Vhenshun, Epic Woolabee, Rare Boo'qwurm, and Epic Sox on February 14th, 2024, during version 4.1.3. As a Triple-Element Ethereal on Ethereal Workshop, Piplash is obtained by successfully extracting the energies of a Shadow Meeb, a Mech Meeb, and a Poison Meeb, using the Hyper-Refined Synthesizer by spending 2,500 . Its successful Synthesis time is 1 day and 6 hours long. As a Triple-Element Ethereal, Piplash has worse Shard production than Single-Element or Double-Element Ethereals, but Ethereal Workshop lacks both of those, making it an ideal choice for the Island. The Goal for placing your first Piplash rewards the player with 100 .

Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Piplash:
- Vhenshun (requires level 19)
- Puffle Tree (level 14)
- Odd-o-Mobile (level 15)
- Fuzzle Tree (level 13) ()

Statistics[]
Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]
Earning rate is in Shards per hour and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's Level also increases this limit.
Feeding Monsters[]
Each Monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the Monster's level increases the shards earned per minute, as well as the maximum shards earned.

Notes[]
- Piplash's name is a portmanteau of "pip" and "whiplash".
- It is implied that Piplash somewhat has relations with the Pomily due to one of its nicknames being "Mopmop", which is PomPom's name, but in reverse.
- Additionally, when converting Piplash's Ethereal elements to Natural elements, Piplash's elemental configuration (Shadow, Mech, and Poison) seems to mirror PomPom's elemental configuration (Cold, Air, and Earth).
- Piplash's body also appears to have an inverse of fur covered and bare areas compared to the Pomily members.
- Piplash was the first Triple-Element Ethereal to not release with any other Triple-Element Ethereals, followed by X'rt.
- Piplash released in the same update as Epic Sox, which has the opposite Ethereal elements of Piplash.
- Piplash is the only Triple-Element Ethereal to unlock in the third Synthesizer upgrade.
- Piplash is the only Monster on Ethereal Workshop to not play with Whaill.
