- The Pipes of Cicado appears to be three alphorns (or erkes) connected to a single mouthpiece.
- In older versions of My Singing Monsters, the Pipes of Cicado was listed as a Decoration that makes a sound when tapped, despite the fact it does not make a sound. Also during this time, the Wild Bagpipe, which produce a sound, was not listed in the category.
