Dawn of Fire

Noggin toddlers are exceedingly top-heavy and slow to develop balance. Short hands and feet result in countless tumbles and eye pokes. It's a good thing they're made of rock!
Young Bio

Tonnage and somewhat greater reach give the alpha Noggin's beat density. If not for the dampening effect of its broad feet, the Noggin's thump would cause earth tremors.
Adult Bio

This Noggin returned from the Prism Gate forever changed! What were once a rocky body and dexterous digits have been altered at the molecular level to become a jelly-stuffed cavity filled with a mysterious substance - extraordinary!
Prismatic Bio

Description[]

Noggin is a Single-Elemental Monster that is first available when starting the game. It is obtained by being purchased in the market for 1,000 Coins. Its breeding and incubation time is 5 minutes. It can be teleported to Party Island once fed to Level 5 or Space Island at Level 10.

Song[]

Instrument(s): Bongos (Continent & Party)/Djembe (Space)

Noggin's contribution to an island's song is a sound that resembles that of a pair of bongos. On Space Island, it sounds more like a djembe. Its hands beat a rhythm on the top of its head.

VSTs[]

Virtual Studio Technology is an audio plugin software that has libraries of sound effects and synthesized instruments. Within these libraries are SoundFonts, which are the individual effects and instruments themselves. The Monster-Handlers utilize several VSTs to create the sounds of instrumental and sometimes vocal Monsters.

Party Island

VST: HALion 6
Sound library: HALion Sonic Factory
SoundFont: Standard Dry Kit

Space Island

Sampling pack: Wave Alchemy African Rhythms
Path: drum ensembles
Sample: waar_perc_125_afromixed05.wav

The VST for Noggin on the Continent has not yet been found.

Breeding[]

Noggin is the first Monster available for purchase in the market. It can also be produced by breeding an unstable combination between Noggin and another Monster.

Feeding Monsters[]

Noggin will request food and/or non-food items that are the products of Structures. If you cannot give the Monster the food or items it requires, you can click the New Order button. After a 15 minute wait, it will ask for a new combination of foods or other items.

Rewards[]

When given the wanted foods or items, like any Monster, it will reward you Coins.

Teleporting[]

Noggin can be teleported to Party Island when it is fed to Level 5 for a reward of 2 Diamonds, or to Space Island when it is fed to Level 10 for a reward of 5 Diamonds. The Teleport time for Noggin is 5 minutes to Party Island and 7 hours to Space Island.

Prismatic Variants[]

During limited time events when Prism Gate is open and Noggin is available for transformation on Outer Islands, an adult Noggin can be transformed into one of six different colored variants.

Notes[]

  • Noggin's sound on Space Island appears to be the same sound also featured in the game My Mammott, specifically, the music that plays when the player has Mammott dance side-to-side. This is most likely because the same sample was used.
  • At one point, there was an error where Noggin used its artwork from the original game. This could be seen in places where the artwork would ordinarily be displayed, such as the collection or the Prism Gate.
  • Noggin has the shortest breeding time in both My Singing Monsters and My Singing Monsters: Dawn of Fire. However, its breeding time in Dawn of Fire is 60 times longer than it is in My Singing Monsters.
