Monster-Handlers is the nickname commonly given to the employees of Big Blue Bubble that are involved in the development of My Singing Monsters. They are often mentioned in My Singing Monsters' Social Media and occasionally in the popups from the Mailbox. As developers of the game, they are the only ones with access to the Admin Panel.

She is also a voice actor, providing the vocals for Gnarls (alongside Tyson and Charlie), Viveine on Shugabush Island, Wimmzies on Magical Nexus, and Hoola in the Surely You Jest trailer. Tyson McGavin, also known as Monster-Handler Tyson, is a Video Production Specialist. He hosts Quick Questions, "Stumped", and co-hosts My Singing Monsters Live. Tyson is also a voice actor, providing the vocals for Gnarls (alongside Jenn and Charlie). He also appears in several trailers, announcements, and skits for My Singing Monsters' YouTube channel.

He was also the designer and producer of My Singing Monsters, and is credited for coming up with the game's concept. Behind-the-scenes videos[]
The Monster-Handlers released three videos on their YouTube channel that showed behind-the-scenes footage for the creation of various aspects of My Singing Monsters. The first one, titled "My Singing Monsters - Behind the Scenes!" was a general inside look that included clips from recordings for Plant Island, as well as animations for a few monsters. However, according to Dave Kerr, this video was confirmed to be a satire behind-the-scenes video and almost everything in the video is not real. The second one, titled "My Singing Monsters - Inside the Studio" was specifically about Tribal Island, featuring composer and singer Dave Kerr and showing clips of people singing what would eventually become the parts for almost all of the monsters on the island. The third one is called "My Singing Monsters - The Making of My Singing Monsters" where Matt, Chris, and Sarah talk about the designs of some of the monsters, the voices, some upcoming features, and other stuff.
