Monster-Handlers is the nickname commonly given to the employees of Big Blue Bubble that are involved in the development of My Singing Monsters. They are often mentioned in My Singing Monsters' Social Media and occasionally in the popups from the Mailbox. As developers of the game, they are the only ones with access to the Admin Panel.

Matt Stewart

Matt Stewart, also known as Monster-Handler Matt, is a Producer for My Singing Monsters at Big Blue Bubble. He is featured on several of My Singing Monsters' YouTube videos and livestreams. He is also a voice actor for MSM, providing vocals for Stoowarb, Mammott, Oaktopus, and others.

Sarah Parsons

Sarah Parsons, also known as Monster-Handler Sarah, is the Director of Process Improvement at Big Blue Bubble. She is also a voice actor for MSM, providing vocals for Parlsona, Kayna, Glowl, and others.

Matt Bell

Matt Bell, also known as Monster-Handler Bell, is a Graphic Designer. They host the video series, "Bell's Beasts", and also worked on the first Feast-Ember trailer. Bell also shaved Monster-Handler Matt's beard on My Singing Monsters Live.

Mike Hammond

Mike Hammond, also known as Monster-Handler Mike, is on the Production/Design team at BBB. He used to work on My Singing Monsters Live, often co-hosting, and occasionally operating the camera and moderating the live chat. He also performed the sound for PongPing and provided the voice for Pango in A Story of Sprinkles.

Jenn Iannessa

Jenn Iannessa, also known as Monster-Handler Jenn, is a Social Media and Community Engagement Specialist. She hosts the video series "Hehe-Wowie", "Monster Cuisine", and co-hosts My Singing Monsters Live. Jenn also hosts "Fast Facts" on YouTube Shorts and TikTok. She is also a voice actor, providing the vocals for Gnarls (alongside Tyson and Charlie), Viveine on Shugabush Island, Wimmzies on Magical Nexus, and Hoola in the Surely You Jest trailer. She also occasionally updates the My Singing Monsters Fan Kit.

Tyson McGavin

Tyson McGavin, also known as Monster-Handler Tyson, is a Video Production Specialist. He hosts Quick Questions, "Stumped", and co-hosts My Singing Monsters Live. Tyson is also a voice actor, providing the vocals for Gnarls (alongside Jenn and Charlie). He also appears in several trailers, announcements, and skits for My Singing Monsters' YouTube channel.

Ben Lamond

Ben Lamond, also known as Monster-Handler Ben, is a Video & Motion Designer I. He creates trailers and videos for My Singing Monsters, and hosts the video series "Behind the Trailers" and "Ben-Sequiters". Ben is also a voice actor, providing the vocals for Nitebear. Trivia: He is not a fan of Jam Boree. He thinks Shellbeat is pretty neat. Chris Elliott

Chris Elliott, also known as Monster-Handler Chris, is a Senior Artist at BBB. He is the main concept artist for the Monsters, designing most, if not all, of the original cast.

Jason Willis

Jason Willis, also known as Monster-Handler Jason, is one of the Growth Marketing Leads at Big Blue Bubble. According to him, he was the first employee at Big Blue Bubble.

David Fardell

David Fardell, also known as Monster-Handler David, is the Marketing Director at Big Blue Bubble. He also used to co-host MSM Live and update the MSM Fan Kit. Trivia: He thinks Lobster is more trouble than it's worth.

Kailey Joanette

Kailey Joanette, also known as Monster-Handler Kailey, is a Senior Game Programmer at Big Blue Bubble. He is also the lead programmer for My Singing Monsters: Dawn of Fire.

Ally Horne

Ally Horne, also known as Monster-Handler Ally, is a member of Big Blue Bubble's social media team. She hosts the video series The Exploratory Compendium of Monstrology and co-hosts My Singing Monsters Live.

Charlie Conlon

Charlie Conlon, also known as Monster-Handler Charlie, is a Video and Motion Designer I, and was formerly a Quality Assurance Representative at Big Blue Bubble. He hosts the video series Monster Mythos, as well as the short form series "Stumped Minis". He is also a voice actor, providing the vocals for Gnarls, along with Tyson and Jenn. He wrote Rare Jam Boree's bio.

Tom Meikle

Tom Meikle, also known as Monster-Handler Tom, is an Audio Manager at Big Blue Bubble, and a Composer and voice actor for My Singing Monsters. He is most known for composing Seasonal Shanty, Amber Island, Mythical Island, and Magical Nexus.

Randy van der Vlag

Randy van der Vlag, also known as Monster-Handler Randy, is the Lead Artist and an Animator for My Singing Monsters. He also worked as the Art Lead for Jammer Splash, and worked on My Singing Monsters: Composer and some Merchandise.

He animated the Meebs for Ethereal Workshop.

He animated the Monsters for Tribal Island.

Dylan Cole

Dylan Cole, also known as Monster-Handler Cole, is a Game Designer and Composer for My Singing Monsters. He composed Ethereal Workshop, and some Island remixes released to Spotify.

• Filip Bachorz is a sound designer and composer who started working at BBB in 2023. He, alongside Monster-Handler Tom, composed Magical Nexus.

Dave Kerr

Dave Kerr, also known as Monster-Handler Dave, was the lead composer and a voice actor from February 2009 to November 2018. He was also the designer and producer of My Singing Monsters, and is credited for coming up with the game's concept. He is known for composing several Islands, and voicing several Monsters, such as Furcorn and Tawkerr.

Sydney Gingras

Sydney Gingras, also known as Monster-Handler Sydney, was a Communications Specialist at Big Blue Bubble. She was most known for co-hosting and moderating the live chat for My Singing Monsters Live.

Maggie Park

Maggie Park, also known as Monster-Handler Maggie was a voice actor for a few Monsters in My Singing Monsters.

• Provided the vocals for Maggpi, Tweedle, Dandidoo, PomPom, Hoola, Whaddle, Whisp, Blipsqueak, and Whaill.

Matt Teeter

On September 2016, he was promoted to Interim Marketing Manager where he had to redesign the bigbluebubble page until July 2017. On July 2017, he was promoted to Artist where he created various graphical assets that go into the games until September 2021. On September 2021, he got promoted to artist Level 2 and made UI design and graphic asset creation and created concept designs for various environments, mechanism, and game objects and texturing 3D objects and characters. He then left BBB on October 2021.

Behind-the-scenes videos

The Monster-Handlers released three videos on their YouTube channel that showed behind-the-scenes footage for the creation of various aspects of My Singing Monsters. The first one, titled "My Singing Monsters - Behind the Scenes!" was a general inside look that included clips from recordings for Plant Island, as well as animations for a few monsters. However, according to Dave Kerr, this video was confirmed to be a satire behind-the-scenes video and almost everything in the video is not real. The second one, titled "My Singing Monsters - Inside the Studio" was specifically about Tribal Island, featuring composer and singer Dave Kerr and showing clips of people singing what would eventually become the parts for almost all of the monsters on the island. The third one is called "My Singing Monsters - The Making of My Singing Monsters" where Matt, Chris, and Sarah talk about the designs of some of the monsters, the voices, some upcoming features, and other stuff.
