Mirror Cold Island 
is the second Mirror Island. It can be bought for 200 
when the player has reached Level 20, like the other Mirror Natural Islands.

The number next to each monster indicates which track is being played at each part. The Version 4.4.0 Update remixed all of the Mirror Islands' songs, including Mirror Cold Island. - Like the other Mirror Islands, it holds a resemblance to its Ethereal, that being the black haze of Grumpyre.
- The ruins of the Wondermine from Dawn of Fire can be seen in the top right of the Island.
- This, however, is a continuity error, as the Wondermine is located on the left side of the Cold Lands in Dawn of Fire.
- Like all Mirror Islands, the Coloss-Eye can't be placed on Mirror Cold Island, nor does it affect it when it's placed on Cold Island, meaning the Colossal can't awaken and sing here.
- Mirror Cold Island is the only Island where none of the Single Elementals play together (excluding Strombonin, Dipsters, Werdos, and Wubbox).
- It is the only Mirror island where something plays for the entire sound, the Castle.
- Mirror Cold Island is currently the only Island where Spunge and Pango played together.
