hi, there are rarethereals on the rare monster category page. should someone delete them since they already have there own page, category:rarethereals? im only asking you cause ur an admin and im not sure what to do...
I transferred the contents of the Celestial Island page to a new Category: Celestial Island page, then changed the Celestial Island to a redirect. There are a lot of links in the wiki to what is now a redirect, which probably should be corrected.
There are thousands of links to X Island instead of Category:X Island.
I edited a few pages of Celestial Island links since there aren't that many of those, but honestly it just makes the source-text that much more bloated.
Isn't a cleaner solution to instead change all Category:X Island to X Island, or is minimizing redirects more important than clean source-text?
My personal inclination would be to not have any content in the category pages, leaving them as just collections of links to pages with those categories... exactly as you're suggesting now. But that's not the way they've been done, for longer than I've been here. Instead, I made the Celestial Island stuff consistent with the other islands... as you requested before.

That doesn't bother me at all. As the posting guidelines say in several places, given the subject of the wiki, we expect that some users will be young, and perhaps participating under the supervision of an adult.
On the other hand, the fact that you've been pestering them about it here, dragging in an argument from a different wiki, bothers me a lot. So I think you need to go away for a couple of months, until -- at the very least -- you don't have a "reason" to bug them.
Hello...I had forgotten my other accounts name so I made a new one so I could get some people to light my torches since no one had lit them in the past month. The last time I updated my Friend Code on the list was more than a month ago and I don't know what I did wrong and why you deleted it. Thanks for helping
Hello, sorry we had a bad first encounter. I thought that the date was supposed to be date edited. I made an adjusment and thus changed the date, moving it up in this list. After some time I checked on my post only to find out that it was not updated (I did not realize you undid my edit). I ended up reposting it only to find out the same thing had happened. I am sure you felt frustated as did I but this is intirely my fault. If you would be so kind to undo by last bump I would be grateful (I can't figure out how without deleting my post). Thanks.
PS. I believe we should add optional bumping post every week or so in order for posts to not get drowned out.
I've undone your changes, restoring things to their previous condition.
On the Friend Codes pages, we let people bump their posts every month. That seems a reasonable compromise for "attention" between new people and people who have been here longer but still want new contacts.
As far as I can understand it, it means that every Quad monster has at least one of the elements Plant and Air.
Which is true, but is also true for every pair of the natural elements, It has to be that way, since every MSM Quad monster is missing only one of the original five elements. (If we look at DoF... is there a Quad monster that has Earth, Cold, Water, and Fire? I forget, and I'm not seeing one in the DoF Quad Element monsters list here.) So that "fact" is both misleading and confusing, and should probably be removed. Where is that list of "facts" again?
