This is the main article for Mech Element. For the category, see Category:Mech Element.

Mech is an Ethereal Element in My Singing Monsters that is manifested by Reebro on Air Island, as well as Ethereal Island. It is unlocked at Level 9. On Ethereal Workshop and Ethereal islets it is manifested by the Mech Meeb, used to create monsters with the Mech Element.

Most Mech Element Monsters have some sort of metal in their bodies. They are all associated with technology; many Mech Monsters use a high-tech armor in order to live, as their "real" bodies are fragile without it.

Notes[]

  • The Version 2.0.0 update came with a graphical facelift and changed the element icons. The appearance of the Mech Element icon changed from to .
  • Each Ethereal element has a connection to the main Natural element of the Natural island it comes from. In the case of the Mech element, it has connection with the Air Element.
  • Although Mech is not present in Dawn of Fire, the Celestial of Mech, Vhamp, is.
  • Despite being on the third Natural Island, the Mech Element was the second Ethereal element to release. It was released on Air Island, succeeding the Plasma Element, on June 28th, 2013.
    • Vhenshun, representing the Mech Element, also released earlier than Pentumbra, despite the Shadow Element coming first, a decade after the Mech Element was released.
    • When looking at the promotional screen for the Primordial Monsters, one can notice that the order of the Primordial elements is Plant/Air/Cold/Water/Earth. In most cases, Air and Cold would be switched (like how Cold Island comes before Air Island), so this may imply that Mech Islet/its Primordial Monster may come before Shadow Islet as well.
  • Despite its mechanical design, Cybop is not part of the Mech element. This is because it's designed before Ethereal Elements were a thing in the game.[1]
