Strategy[]

As a Cold () Monster, Mammott is naturally strong against and resistant to Earth () Monsters and attacks, but is weak against and vulnerable to Water ().

Costume choice:

Water Buff-a-low is good for battling other Cold () type monsters, even in mirror match of Mammott. However, it is not good for battling Oaktopi and Spunges because, when equipped, you don't have any musical moves, and the only elemental moves it has are Water () and Cold (), which are weak against these monsters.
Bunce Cap is an extra Move, which deals strong damage towards Water () monsters, covering Mammott’s elemental disadvantage.
Off the Cuffs is a straight upgrade of the Musical move.

Notes[]

When using "Hoarse Holler", Mammott sings the first five notes from "Hedwig's Theme" from the Harry Potter franchise, although slightly altered for copyright reasons. It starts at B, and then E, F sharp, G, and lastly E.
When using "Snow Bawl", Mammott sings a song similar to "Let it Go" from the movie Frozen.
When using "Water Buff-a-Low", Mammot sings a song similar to "The Water Buffalo Song" from VeggieTales.
The term "Bunce Cap" is a play on the term "Dunce Cap,” and "Water Buff-a-low" is a play on “Water Buffalo”.
Mammott is the first monster to have five Colossingum costumes. It is also the first monster to have two costumes that do not come with a move.
Update 3.2.0 permanently changed the price of many costumes. Water Buff-a-low changed from 25 (discounted) and 37 (full price) to 15 (discounted) and 22 (full price). Bunce Cap changed from 125 (discounted) and 187 (full price) to 35 (discounted) and 52 (full price).
