The Mailbox is an immovable Structure found in the Plant Lands on the Continent. The Structure holds all your purchase receipts, Reward Offer Wall rewards, and sometimes messages from BBB Support (randomly or a response to a support ticket the player might send). During Seasonal Events, the Monster-Handlers will usually give away Diamonds, and on rare occasions, even free Monsters. Mail remains until the player manually deletes it.
