The Lemon is the third Crafting Item to be unlocked in the Fruit Tree and overall, the sixteenth Crafting Item to be unlocked in the game, along with Syrup. Its Trading Post Price Range is 615 - 1,025 Coins (
). It is unlocked at Level 16.
Uses[]
Lemons are needed to craft into Lemon Drops in the Apothecary, which requires 3 Lemons, Cough Syrups in the Apothecary, which requires 1, Lemon Cakes in the Bakery, which requires 2, Polished Skylite Crystals in the Jeweler, which requires 3, Lemonades in the Juicer, which requires 4, Sour Ice Drops in the Candy Factory, which requires 2, and Vitamin Pills in the Apothecary, which requires 1.

Lemons can also be fed directly to Monsters and can be used in the Skyship.
Crafting[]
To craft a Lemon, simply drag the "Lemon" icon from the "Items" menu and into the slots menu, from top-left to top-right, all the way to bottom-left to bottom-right (if the player has more slots). Then it will start generating a number of Lemon, the number depending on how many slots they dragged into.
Alternatively, drag the "Lemon" icon into the Structure itself to make the Fruit Tree start crafting one Lemon; to craft multiple Lemons, repeat the process until they have the number of pending Lemons they desire.
It takes 1 hour to craft one Lemon without upgrades. On a max Fruit Tree, it takes 41 minutes and 22 seconds to craft one Lemon.
Once a Lemon has been collected from crafting it, it rewards 1 
per Lemon.
Skyship Requirements[]
When required in the Skyship, the 3 order will require 2-6 Lemons, equaling up to a total of 6, 9, 12, 15, or 18.
Strategy[]
Filling up all of the player's Fruit Trees is not a bad idea. It would also be very beneficial to upgrade the player's fruit trees, due to the amount of time it takes to craft a lemon.
Notes[]
- The Lemon is the first primary non-Wondermine-exclusive Crafting Item to be at least 30 minutes long to craft.
- Up until Version 2.0.0, the Lemon used to only take 40 minutes. Its crafting time was changed to 1 hour. Because of this, its price was increased. Its previous price range was 93 - 155 Coins (
). - When unlocked, the Lemon is not required for any Crafting Recipes until level 17 when both the Lemon Drop and the Cough Syrup are unlocked in the Apothecary.
- In the Version 2.3.0 Update, the Lemon's price was quintupled. Its previous price range was 123 - 205 Coins ().
- The recipe for the Polished Aquanine Crystal used to require two Lemons. This was changed to Marshmallows in Version 2.9.0.
