Description[]

La is the sixth of the seven Dipsters that can be unlocked. It was released with the other Dipsters on June 30th, 2016, in Version 1.4.2.

Each Dipster makes one sound in a particular pitch, which together form a melody. They are obtained by purchasing from the shop with Keys, which the amount varies from Island to Island. Unlike other Monsters, the Dipsters take up no beds, but you are limited to 10 of each type per island. The Goal for placing La rewards the player with 2 .

Song[]

La will typically sing "dip" in la, the submediant, also known as the sixth degree of the scale. It will sing the following note on each of the following islands:

Like all Dipsters, La's cannot be bred. Instead, they are bought with Keys in the Market for:

1 on Plant Island
2 on Cold Island
3 on Air Island, Fire Haven, and Fire Oasis
4 on Water Island
5 on Earth Island
6 on Light Island, Psychic Island, Faerie Island, and Bone Island
7 on Ethereal Island and Magical Sanctum

The Mirror Island prices correspond with their main island prices. For example, purchasing La on Mirror Plant Island will cost 1 .

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree or a Primordial Monster of the same rarity on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by La:

Earning rate is in Coins per minute and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's level also increases this limit.

On Light Island, La leads the island's scale (which is in Bb major) instead of Do.
La is the only monster to have ever played 2 tracks at once, doing so on Ethereal Island.
