|“||The golem-like Knucklehead possesses a level of strength nearly unmatched in all of the Monster World. When the Monster slams its gargantuan fists together to produce its signature sound, small quantities of light emanate from the impact. This strength is seldom on display when the Knucklehead is not performing, however - instead, its favorite pastimes include delicate needlework and sculpting miniature clay models for use in role-playing tabletop gaming.||”|
|— Monster Biography|
The Knucklehead looks akin to tiki, with a large upperbite mouth, and mid-length upright grassy hair. It has 4 big fists resembling Flowah's, 2 on each side. It does not have legs. It has green eyes. It somewhat resembles the Concept Art of Noggin.
As it plays, disks of light appear as it slams its fists down. Its lower fists also create cracks in the ground which quickly regenerate.
Knucklehead plays by slamming its lower fists on the ground and upper fists on top of the lower fists, creating a sound similar to the tanggu, a Chinese drum.
Attempting to breed a double-element Magical Monster cannot guarantee the desired monster. Occasionally, its parents may be the result instead.
Earning Rate and Maximum Income
Earning rate is in Shards per hour and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness), also each monster has a limit to how much income it can hold at a time. Increasing the monster's level increases the limit.
Each monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the monster's level increases the coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum coins earned.

Every monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the monster, the monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a monster will still only increase its happiness by 25%. If there's a Unity Tree on the island, items don't need to be near the monsters. Below are the things liked by Knucklehead:
- Floot Fly (requires level 9)
- Piney Tree (level 13)
