| “ | The golem-like Knucklehead possesses a level of strength nearly unmatched in all of the Monster World. When the Monster slams its gargantuan fists together to produce its signature sound, small quantities of light emanate from the impact. This strength is seldom on display when the Knucklehead is not performing, however - instead, its favorite pastimes include delicate needlework and sculpting miniature clay models for use in role-playing tabletop gaming. | ” |

Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree or a Primordial Monster of the same rarity on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Knucklehead:

Earning rate is in Shards per hour and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's level also increases this limit.
Feeding Monsters[]
Each Monster needs to be fed four times before it reaches the next level. Increasing the Monster's level increases the Coins earned per minute, as well as the maximum Coins earned.

Notes[]
- "Knucklehead" is a slang for a stupid or foolish person, but Knucklehead's name is likely referring to the fact that its body consists of only a head and hands, knuckles being the joints between phalanges (finger bones).
- Knucklehead was teased in the Magical Sanctum trailer.
- Knucklehead plays throughout the entirety of Magical Sanctum's song with no breaks.
- This was likely done so that the entire song had a major percussion part, as the only other percussion Monster present at the Island's release was Clackula, which plays an auxiliary percussion instrument.
- Like Loodvigg, Creepuscule, and Jerm, Knucklehead's idle animation cannot be seen during the song, and can only be seen through methods such as in the Recording Studio or in the Book of Monsters or Market.
- Knucklehead was originally a scrapped Dawn of Fire Monster known internally as Cubehands.
