As an Earth (

Monster, Fwog is naturally strong against Air (
) Monsters and attacks, but it is weak against Cold (
) and Plant (
). Between Fwog's base moveset and costume selection, it completely misses out on dealing strong damage to Pummel and in mirror match with another Fwog.
Costume choice:
- Mer-Meridian is a straight upgrade of the Water move.
- Ironclad Claws is a straight upgrade of the Earth move. It, if only counting the costume's base power, is also the strongest Earth move.

- Two of Fwog's moves reference music from The Muppets.
- When Fwog uses "Hypnotic Call", it sings a section of the theme song to The Muppet Show .
- Similarly, the move "River Ribbit" has Fwog sing the opening notes to "Rainbow Connection", which originates from The Muppet Movie.
- These may be in reference to how the de facto leader of The Muppets is named Kermit the Frog.
- When Fwog uses "Muddy Croak", it sings the theme song to Beverly Hills Cop ("Axel F."), though may be more popularly known as 'the Crazy Frog song' after a ringtone that was sold in the early days of mobile phones.
- Fwog's "Calaca Coiffure" Costume is a reference to the Lady Calaca Seasonal Decoration.
- Update 3.2.0 permanently changed the price of many costumes, including Mer-Meridian and Ironclad Claws. The former changed from 60
(discounted) and 90 (full price) to 15 (discounted) and 22 (full price), while the latter changed from 80 (discounted) and 120 (full price) to 20 (discounted) and 30 (full price).
