“ | A great deal of study has gone into understanding how the branched horns of the Flum Ox can bend and flex, seemingly at the Monster's whim. The tines at their tips are solid and sturdy to the touch, but for a moment later, can be observed forming a variety of gestures. Could it be that this Fire Quad's ability to achieve a state of rhythmic bliss is responsible for this phenomenon? Or perhaps it's its deep communion with its Elements, and which additionally allows it to levitate? The mystery endures, but no one could ever argue that being around a Flum Ox is a serene experience, indeed. | ” |

Song[]
Voice Sample:
Voice actors: Matthew Stewart (Amber Island), and Dave Kerr (Bone Island according to him)
Similar to its Dawn of Fire counterpart, Flum Ox sings in a calm and soothing voice.
On Bone Island, it sings; "Kuummba-yo-waaaay, Kuummba-yo-waaayoo, Kuummba-yo-waaaay, Kuummba-yo-waaayoo".
On Amber Island, it sings; "Kuuuumbaa-ya-waaaaayoo, Kuuuumbaa-ya-waaaaayoo-Ooh".
Breeding[]
Unlike in Dawn of Fire, where Flum Ox is best bred with Whaddle and Noggin, Flum Ox cannot be bred. Instead, it must be bought from the Market as an inactive Vessel and revitalized by zapping eggs on Amber Island. On Bone Island, however, no breeding exists for it, so it must be bought from the Market for 150 Relics.
Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Revitalizing[]
On Amber Island, Flum Ox must be powered up rather than being bred. Unlike Wublins and Celestials, the allotted time to fill a Vessel does not start when the first egg is zapped, but instead are only available to purchase and fill at select times. The inventory must be completed in this time. When a purchased vessel is incomplete after the time, it will disappear and half of the relics spent will be given back. You will also get the option to revive Flum Ox by purchasing the missing eggs with Diamonds. Eggs can be zapped from Mirror Islands instead of, or in conjunction with Natural and Magical Islands.

Filling In[]
Like other Monsters on Amber Island, Flum Ox can instead be filled in with Diamonds. Each egg can be filled in for 40. Flum Ox requires a total of 1,640 for all eggs to be filled.
Since all eggs have an equal Diamond fill cost, it is best to save your Diamonds for the Monsters that are harder to obtain. And oftentimes, it is cheaper to speed up eggs to zap from the Breeding Structure instead.
Wildcards may also be used when filling in a Flum Ox's inventory. Similarly, it's best to save them for harder to obtain Monsters.
