Keep exploring the multiverse The following page is about the Fire Element. For the Islands, see Fire Haven or Fire Oasis. |
Fire is an Element in My Singing Monsters that is manifested by Kayna and is primarily on Fire Haven, Fire Oasis, and Amber Island. The Fire Element is unlocked at Level 9. It is found within the Fire and Magical classes.
Natural Fire Monsters tend to be themed around prehistoric or primitive organisms, or have some form on heat emanating from them (i.e. body heat, light, etc.) They also tend to include a red coloring or other flamboyant visual displays.

Notes[]
- The Version 2.0.0 update came with a graphical facelift and changed the Element icons. The appearance of the Fire Element icon changed from to what it is today.
- Much like how the Ethereal and Natural elements are connected to each other, Fire shares this same kind of relationship with Electricity, having a connection with it and working like its "Natural" equivalent. Although Electricity isn't considered an Ethereal element, there are still connections relating to those two on the Fire islands' active Wubbox bio, which says that "it's supremely satisfying to reunite the partnering Elements of Fire and Electricity in such stupendous fashion!"
- Out of all the Monsters in My Singing Monsters, forty-seven unique ones manifest the Fire Element. If the Rare and Epic variants of each of these Monsters are included, then eighty-five different Monsters manifest the Fire Element.
- According to the in-game lore, Wishing Torches use the power of Fire to work. This is also true for the Monstrolympic Torch.
- The Fire Element was previously listed as "Unclassified", and was later changed to "Natural", but is now classified as simply "Fire". However, Magical Monsters with the Fire Element remain within their own class.
- If not counting Magical Monsters and young Monsters, there is no Fire Monster that takes up a 1x1 grid space.
- Until the Fire Expansion, it was the only Element to be on every Magical Island.
- Now, this title is shared with the Air and Water Elements with Candelavra on Fire Haven, Yelmut, Tiawa, and Drummidary on Light Island, Edamimi, Bisonorus, and Bowhead on Psychic Island, Krillby, PongPing, and Tuskski on Faerie Island, and Flum Ox, Incisaur, and Gnarls on Bone Island.
- However, the Air Element is still incompatible with the Magical Elements, and the Water Element is still incompatible with the Light and Faerie Elements. It's also worth noting that Candelavra cannot breed or be bred on Fire Haven.

- When looking at the Fire Elementals, the Fire Element seems to represent something other than literal fire. As fire is older than the Natural Elements, the Fire Monsters look more prehistoric and primal than the main Naturals.
- However, as the Magical Monsters are Monsters that are a lot newer, Magical Monsters with the Fire Element are just as primal as the main Naturals and other Magical Monsters lacking the Fire Element.
- A group of assorted Fire Elemental Monsters is called a Bondfire, as a pun of Bonfire and Bond.
