My Singing Monsters Wiki

So we've established that the Common Tiawa is a 'queen', the Rare Tiawa is a 'princess'... what is the Epic Tiawa, then? This multi-limbed Fire Epic styles itself as a 'mistress of the dark', an admittedly unusual choice for a Monster whose habitat range includes an island known for its luminescent displays. While a distant relation may have carved out a niche for itself as half of an episodic auditory experience on said island, the Epic Tiawa instead favors the visual medium and hosts a weekly 'show' where it performs shadow puppetry of macabre tales. Endowed with more legs and eyes than either of its cousins, it harnesses them to exceedingly eerie effect during its performances. Curiously, it only has the one heart (unlike the two of other Tiawas), but it's more than enough to provide the haunting soundtrack for scary stories.
Monster Bio

Description[]

Epic Tiawa is a Quad-Element Epic Fire Monster that is found on Light Island and Amber Island. It was added alongside Epic Zuuker and Rare Déjà-Jin on June 4th, 2025, during version 4.8.3, though it was first made available on Light Island alongside Rare Déjà-Jin on June 11th, 2025. As an Epic Monster, it is only available at select times. When available, it is best obtained by breeding Blow't and Potbelly. By default, its breeding time is 2 days and 1 hour long. Epic Tiawa has the best Coin production on Light Island, with a rate comparable to Rare Drummidary (though Rare Drummidary takes up more Beds). Also note that Epic Monsters cannot breed.

On Amber Island, Epic Tiawa can only be obtained by successfully evolving a Tiawa or a Rare Tiawa that is at least level 4 via the enhanced Crucible. Its successful evolution time is 2 days and 1 hour long. Epic Tiawa has a high Relic production compared to other Monsters on Amber Island.

Breeding[]

Epic Tiawa is only available for breeding (or buying) during limited time events.

Note that this breeding possibility is not guaranteed to produce an Epic Tiawa.

Availability[]

For a list of when this Monster has been available, see: Breeding Availability

Epic Tiawa, like all Epic Fire Monsters, is only available for breeding and/or buying some of the time during special events. Examples of such events:

  • All Monsters that appear on a certain Island.
  • All Monsters with a specific element
  • All Monsters with a specific theme
  • A seemingly random selection of a handful of Monsters

In particular, they are likely to appear during Special Occasions.

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree or a Primordial Monster on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Epic Tiawa:

Note: On Amber Island, all of Epic Tiawa's likes are only obtainable for a limited time. Amber Vessels must be revitalized before they count towards Epic Tiawa's happiness.

Statistics[]

Earning Rate and Maximum Income[]

Earning rate is in Coins per minute or Relics per month (28 days) and depends on Happiness % (Likes increase Happiness) and Monster Level. Each Monster also has a maximum amount of income it can hold at a time. Increasing the Monster's level also increases this limit.

Note: Relic rates below level 4 are not possible in-game.

Notes[]

  • Epic Tiawa's bio calling it a "mistress of the dark" and saying it hosts weekly horror shows is a reference to Elvira, the stage persona of actress Cassandra Peterson.
  • When Epic Tiawa was first added to the game, it was accidentally made available on Light Island and Mirror Light Island a week before its first availability day. This was fixed an hour later. Rare Déjà-Jin also had this issue.
  • Epic Tiawa currently has the longest breeding time out of any Epic Quad-Element Monster, at 49 hours. This makes it the first non-Seasonal Epic to have a breeding time of over 2 days.
  • The "distant relation" that "carved out a niche for itself as half of an episodic auditory experience" mentioned in Epic Tiawa's Bio most likely refers to Rare Spytrap's ward and its "pod-cast".
  • Epic Tiawa and Epic Yelmut, the two Epic Fire Quads present in Light Island, seem to have contrasting designs, with Epic Yelmut being themed around Light whereas Epic Tiawa takes on a darker appearance.
