“ | Stories of sea creatures swirling in the ocean's unfathomable depths are as old as the Monster World itself. The Epic Thrumble, however, is a subspecies with a younger lineage, having only evolved since the formation of the Monstriana Trench. Possessing the Fire Element is a welcome advantage in a habitat that can be inhospitably toasty, especially where the Trench abuts the region of the former living core. Research still under review posits that this Epic is actually spliced with Glubber genetics, but it seems to borrow characteristics from other denizens of the deep as well, like Anemonons or Jlelljiggles. | ” |

Description[]
Epic Thrumble is a Triple-Element Epic Fire Monster that is found on Bone Island and Amber Island. It was added alongside Rare Gheegur on October 18th, 2023, during version 4.1.0. As an Epic Monster, it is only available at select times. When available, it is best obtained by breeding Uuduk and Denchuhs. By default, its breeding time 1 day and 7 hours long. As a Fire Triple-Elemental, Epic Thrumble has a fairly high Coin production, though Plinkajou is recommended. Also note that unlike their Common and Rare variants, Epic Monsters cannot breed.
On Amber Island, Epic Thrumble can only be obtained by successfully evolving a Thrumble or a Rare Thrumble that is at least level 4 via the enhanced Crucible. Its successful evolution time is 1 day and 11 hours long.

In particular, they are likely to appear during Special Occasions.
Likes[]
Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree or a Primordial Monster on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Epic Thrumble:

Notes[]
- Epic Thrumble's design is based on the creatures found in the "A Trench in the Works" Trailer.
- Epic Thrumble's evolution time on Amber Island is 1 day and 11 hours long, despite its actual breeding time being 1 day and 7 hours long. This is most likely a bug and may change in a later update.
- Epic Thrumble is the only non-Magical Monster that can only be bred using exclusively Magical Monsters.
