PomPoms eat red food, Rare PomPoms eat indigo food, and Epic PomPoms eat... EVERYTHING! When a group of Commons discovered a shared passion for the culinary arts, their varied and vibrant new diet produced a long list of enviable features. Increased vitamin intake has made the pelt of the Epic PomPom luxuriously fluffy and reverted it to its original white hue. Unexpected side effects include incredible cranial growths and blindingly bright stripes in every shade.

Description[]

Epic PomPom is a Triple-Element Epic Monster, and was the first Triple-Element Epic to be added. It was added alongside Epic Toe Jammer on September 19th, 2018 during the 2.2.2 6th Anniversary update. As an Epic Monster, it is only available at select times. When available, it is best obtained by breeding, which the combination varies from Island to Island. By default, its breeding time is 1 day and 3 hours long. Although an Epic Monster, Epic PomPom still does not have high Coin production. Also note, that unlike their Common and Rare variants, Epic Monsters cannot breed.

Breeding[]

Epic PomPom is only available for breeding (or buying) during limited time events.

The combination to breed Epic PomPom is different for each Island.

Note that these breeding possibilities are not guaranteed to produce an Epic PomPom.

Availability[]

For a list of when this Monster has been available, see: Breeding Availability

Epic PomPom, like all Epic Naturals are only available for breeding and/or buying some of the time during special events. Examples of such events:

  • All Monsters that appear on a certain Island.
  • All Monsters with a specific element.
  • All Monsters with a specific theme.
  • A seemingly random selection of a handful of Monsters.

In particular, they are likely to appear during Special Occasions.

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Epic PomPom:

See the Likes page to view a complete list of all Monsters' likes.

Note: Rare Cybop is only obtainable for a limited time, and it may not be possible to get Epic PomPom to 100% happiness.

Notes[]

  • Epic PomPom's Bio states that all PomPoms were originally white when they hatched, and they turned into the color of whatever food they ate. The reason Epic PomPom has so many rainbows and white fur is because it eats everything, not just foods of a certain color.
  • Epic PomPom was originally revealed by the YouTuber MSMPokeGamer as Big Blue Bubble asked him to reveal it on YouTube. It was put across My Singing Monsters' social media pages including FaceBook and Twitter, at 12:00 Eastern Time (ET) on Friday (September 14th). It arrived in the game on September 19th, 2018 along with Epic Toe Jammer.
  • The white plumes and rainbow skin is similar to the blending of all colors of light. Blending all colors of light will produce white light, while refracting white light will bring the colors of the rainbow.
  • Unlike its Common and Rare varianst, you can see Epic PomPom's upper teeth.
    • This could mean that the Common and Rare variants don't even have upper teeth.
  • Epic Pompom and Epic Noggin are currently the only Epic Monsters that like a Rare Monster.
