There's no stronger evidence of Flowah's and Barrb's family ties than their respective Epic forms. The already thistly Double-Element Fire Monster's arms and torso are covered in assorted succulents reminiscent of the Triple-Elemental's body morph. Besides the considerable weight and bulkiness they add to the Epic Flowah's physique, the spiky growths also pose a risk for poking others (and itself) in the eye as it contorts and flexes. What's more, they're incredibly prickly to the touch, so it's not uncommon to, at any given moment, see an Epic Flowah with bandages on its hands and a covered eye while it heals (although the Monster doesn't mind these being confused for it being tough and intimidating).
Monster Bio

Description[]

Epic Flowah is a Double-Element Epic Fire Monster that is first unlocked on Fire Haven. It was added alongside Epic Barrb and Epic Jellbilly on April 10th, 2024 during version 4.2.0. As an Epic Monster, it is only available at select times. When available, it is best obtained by breeding, which the combination varies from Island to Island. By default, its breeding time is 17 hours long. Although an Epic Monster, Epic Flowah still does not have high Coin production. Also note, that unlike their Common and Rare variants, Epic Monsters cannot breed.

On Amber Island, Epic Flowah can only be obtained by successfully evolving a Flowah or a Rare Flowah that is at least level 4 via the Enhanced Crucible. Its successful evolution time is 17 hours long.

Breeding[]

Epic Flowah is only available for breeding (or buying) during limited time events.

The combination to breed Epic Flowah is different for each island.

Note that these breeding possibilities are not guaranteed to produce an Epic Flowah.

Availability[]

For a list of when this Monster has been available, see: Breeding Availability

Epic Flowah, like all Epic Fire Monsters, is only available for breeding and/or buying some of the time during special events. Examples of such events:

  • All Monsters that appear on a certain Island.
  • All Monsters with a specific element
  • All Monsters with a specific theme
  • A seemingly random selection of a handful of Monsters

In particular, they are likely to appear during Special Occasions.

Likes[]

Every Monster has different things that they like. For every unique object that they like that's placed near the Monster, the Monster's happiness will increase by 25%. Placing more than one of the same liked item near a Monster won't increase its happiness by an additional amount. If there's a Unity Tree on the Island, items don't need to be near the Monster. Below are the things liked by Epic Flowah:

See the Likes page to view a complete list of all Monsters' likes.

Note: On Fire Haven, Epic Dandidoo is only obtainable for a limited time, and it may not be possible to get Epic Flowah to 100% happiness. Also, on Amber Island, all of Epic Flowah's likes are only obtainable for a limited time. Amber Vessels must be revitalized before they count towards Epic Flowah's happiness.

Notes[]

  • Epic Flowah and Epic Barrb are the first and only Epic Fire Monsters to release in pairs in a Quintessence.
    • It being released in pairs was first teased in the Eggs-Travaganza 2024 Monster-Handler Short, where one of the drawings on Blabbit's bulletin board says two for one, written in Monstrous.
  • Epic Flowah and Epic Barrb were the first two Epic Monsters from the same class to release together since Epic Quarrister and Epic Oaktopus.
  • Epic Flowah, Epic Barrb, and Epic Jellbilly were the first three Epic Monsters to all release at once.
  • Epic Flowah has certain traits that resemble Barrb, namely the succulents that cover its back.
  • Epic Flowah (on Fire Haven) is the second Epic Monster and third monster overall to like another Epic, the first being Epic Glowl and the second being Hyehehe.
  • Epic Flowah is the last Epic Double-Element Monster to be on Fire Haven.
  • Many fans have pointed out that Epic Flowah bares a resemblance to Rozele and its Rare version, which originate from the MSM fan-game The Lost Landscapes.
    • This is likely coincidental, as the eye bandage is a natural progression from the common Flowah's scar and Epic Flowah is seemingly based off a succulent, not a rose.
    • Furthermore, Rozele itself is very derivative of Flowah which may lead to the perceived connection between it and Epic Flowah.
