Eggs-Travaganza is a Core Seasonal Event celebrated on Water Island, and is an element manifested by Blabbit. It is the Monster World equivalent of Easter, and is celebrated from mid or late March to early or mid April. It is also celebrated during a short-term Out of Season Event at the end of September, or at the start of October, and in a Time of the Season promotion during Anniversary Month.
During Eggs-Travaganza, the following are available: Blabbit (and its Rare and Epic variants), Eggs-Travaganza themed Costumes, event themed Decorations, event themed Obstacles, and the Seasonal Island Skin. There are also special sales and promotions, and sometimes new content is released.

Since 2013, Water Island has changed its appearance for the Eggs-Travaganza season, which also changes the Obstacles. Since 2023, it is a purchasable Island Skin with helpful boosts. It is available for 
1,250 or $5 USD, but a trial is also available for free for the duration of the event.

History[]
Below details the history of past Eggs-Travaganzas. From 2013 to 2015, Eggs-Travaganza was simply known as the Easter event.
Easter 2013[]
The Easter event started on Thursday, March 14th and ended on Monday, April 1st. It introduced Blabbit, the Easter-themed Obstacles, and a limited-time appearance for Water Island, that would later become an Island Skin. During the event, a contest was held called the Easter "Eggs-Travaganza" Contest. This name wouldn't be used to refer to the event itself until 2015, but it marks the earliest usage of a modern seasonal event name.
Easter 2014[]
The Easter event started on Tuesday, April 8th and ended on Tuesday, April 22nd. Nothing new was released for the event.
Easter 2015[]
The Easter event started on Saturday, March 21st and ended on Tuesday, April 7th. Rare Deedge was released during the event.
Eggs-Travaganza 2016[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Friday, March 11th and ended on Wednesday, March 30th. During the event, the community event for Blabbit's Scroll went on, which culminated in the release of Wublin Island, with the new Monsters: Dwumrohl, Zynth, Poewk, Thwok, and Brump. During the event the first Up to Scratch promotion was held (although not in name). The Nursery Scratch Ticket was reduced from once a week to once a day, with a chance to get a Rare Monster.
Eggs-Travaganza 2017[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Thursday, March 30th and ended on Tuesday, April 18th. During the event, Rare Blabbit and Rare Nebulob released. The Up To Scratch promotion returned this year with an official name, and with a change of reducing the ticket cost from 10 to 5 .
Eggs-Travaganza 2018[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Wednesday, March 14th and ended on Monday, April 9th. During the event, the Dipsters were released on Ethereal Island. The event also featured the first Chorale Reef Rarethereal Reprise promotion.
Eggs-Travaganza 2019[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Wednesday, March 27th and ended on Tuesday, April 23rd. The event started with the addition of animated Eggs-Travaganza decorations. Then, Big Blue Bubble released the Following the Trail animation, in which Epic Blabbit was revealed. Following the Trail also showed some insight into the greater lore of the Monster World's Lore. Epic Scups was also released during the event.
Eggs-Travaganza 2020[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Wednesday, March 25th and ended on Tuesday, April 14th. At the start, Big Blue Bubble released a follow-up to the 2019 Following the Trail animation featuring the critter from Glubber Lagoon, a new Water Island skin. This event also introduced the third Magical Island, Bone Island, the third Magical Element, Bone (
), as well as Clackula, Thrumble and all the other Bone Monsters making their debut. Rare Repatillo was released and Parlsona was added to Water Island. The Up to Scratch promotion was updated for a chance to get Epics, as well as Rares.
Eggs-Travaganza 2021[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Wednesday, March 17th and ended on Tuesday, April 6th. During the event, Rare Wimmzies and Epic Kayna were released. My Singing Monsters: Fandemonium Episodes 2, 3, and 4 aired during Eggs-Travaganza, bringing a new track to The Colossingum after in finished airing. The Seasonal Quest, Hunting High and Low, was also added to The Colossingum for a limited time, bringing a new Costume for Blabbit. During the event, Magical Sanctum was also released, bringing several new Monsters, with new ones being released every week.
Eggs-Travaganza 2022[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Wednesday, March 30th and ended on Tuesday, April 19th. The event started by introduced 16 new Eggs-Travaganza themed Costumes, and releasing Rare and Epic Blabbit to Seasonal Shanty. Later, Epic Jeeode was released, and Amber Island's 3rd wave was released, featuring Stogg, Thrumble, and Krillby.
Eggs-Travaganza 2023[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Wednesday, March 29th and ended on Monday, April 17th. It was originally scheduled to start on March 22nd, but it was delayed to a week later due to an ongoing issue where players using the Facebook login method are unable to log in to the game. This was the only time an event was postponed. It started by introduced 9 new seasonal Costumes and an updated Eggs-Travaganza island skin for Water Island now available to purchase. Rare HippityHop, Anglow and Pinghound were released later in the event. Alongside this, the first 5 Rare Wublins were added, which are Rare Brump, Rare Zynth, Rare Poewk, Rare Thwok and Rare Dwumrohl. Rare Whajje, which was teased in Eggs-Travaganza and released after the event, appears to be themed after Blabbit.
Eggs-Travaganza 2024[]
Eggs-Travaganza started on Wednesday, March 27th and ended on Monday, April 15th. A day before the event has started, Magical Nexus was added to the game during Version 4.2.0. Rare Dermit and Adult Blasoom were also added on the same day, but the latter was not available until April 1st. When the event started, 5 new Costumes (for Fwog, Phangler, Arackulele, Anglow, and Epic Dandidoo) were released. Later during the event, Epic Flowah, Epic Barrb, and Epic Jellbilly were released.
Promotions[]
Up to Scratch[]
Up to Scratch is a promotion that has occurred during Eggs-Travaganza since 2016, with it getting an official name in 2017. It gives the chance for Rares, and since 2020, Epics to be obtained from the Scratch Ticket from the Nursery on the Natural Islands. It also changed the ticket’s availability from weekly to daily, and reduced the price to purchase a new ticket from 10 to 5 .
Deep Dive[]
Starting in 2020, Mirror Water Island gets discounted by 50% one week before Eggs-Travaganza starts. Since 2023, the promotional image also includes a teaser for an upcoming Costume during the event, namely Gigacheep Chic, or Bunny Slippers.
Crystal Clear[]
This promotion was started in Eggs-Travaganza 2021 and has happened every year since then. During this promotion, all Crystal Element Rarethereals become available to buy or breed. In 2022, this promotion teased Epic Jeeode.
Scrambled Eggs[]
This promotion usually happens at the end of Eggs-Travaganza. During this promotion, all Water Island Rares and Epics become available to buy or breed.
Go With The Flow[]
During this promotion, Water Island Werdos are discounted by 50%. In 2023, Werdos on all Islands were discounted by 50% instead.
Golden Eggs[]
In Eggs-Travaganza 2023, all Water Island Epics became available to buy or breed, but this promotion did not include Rares. This was because a Second Nature promotion was going on at the same time for the Rare Wublins that released, which made all Natural Rares available.
A Rare Hoppenstance[]
During this promotion, Rare Blabbit becomes available on Water Island and Seasonal Shanty.
Out of Season[]
Eggs-Travaganza does not have an Out of Season Event due to the Grand Finale sale at the end of Anniversary Month coinciding with it, Eggs-Travaganza is only available once outside of its Seasonal Event.

Notes[]
- The name is a portmanteau of the words “eggs” and “extravaganza”.
- Like Crescendo Moon, Eggs-Travaganza has had its starting month vary from year to year. In 2016, it was entirely in March. Starting in 2022, it started near the very end of March, predominantly taking place in April.
- With the release of Adult Blasoom and the fact that it requires Blabbit, it can be speculated that Eggs-Travaganza will always go at least partially into April from now on.
- Eggs-Travaganza is the only Seasonal Event that starts within the month of two Seasonal Events (unlike October with Spooktacle and Beat Hereafter or June with Life-Formula and SkyPainting), with either being in the same month as Cloverspell or the same month as Echoes of Eco, although Eggs-Travaganza only started in April in 2014. It remains unknown if it will ever begin in April, albeit starting at the end of March, most of the time.
- During Eggs-Travaganza 2019, the Following the Trail miniseries was used to discover Epic Blabbit.
- Eggs-Travaganza is the only Seasonal Event that has ever been delayed, with the 2023 celebration being delayed a week due to issues with Facebook logins.
- Eggs-Travaganza 2024 did not receive a custom loading screen, due to the release of Magical Nexus overtaking it.
- If Mimic's Festyvalgoer Costume is a constant in the SummerSong series, the Eggs-Travaganza series has 1 less costume than each of the Core Seasonal Events.
