Echoes of Eco is an Auxiliary Seasonal Event celebrated on Amber Island, and is an element manifested by Viveine, which can also be found on Shugabush Island. It is the Monster World equivalent of multiple different nature-themed holidays, but most notably Earth Day and Arbor Day[1], and is celebrated from mid April to the start of May. It is also celebrated during a short-term Out of Season Event in late October during Spooktacle, and in a Time of the Season promotion during Anniversary Month.
During Echoes of Eco, the following are available: Viveine (and its Rare and Epic variants), event themed Costumes, event themed Decorations, event themed Obstacles, and the Seasonal Island Skin. There are also special sales and promotions, and sometimes new content is released.

History[]
Below details the history of past Echoes of Eco celebrations.
Echoes of Eco 2023[]
Echoes of Eco started on Wednesday, April 19th and ended on Monday, May 1st. This was the first celebration of Echoes of Eco that started off with Viveine being added to Amber Island and Shugabush Island. It also added Gnarls, Rare PongPing, Epic Kayna, and Epic Whaddle to Amber Island, an upgraded Crucible, the Echoes of Eco Island Skin for Amber Island, and critters to the designs of Furcorn and Quibble on Shugabush Island. The Echoes of Eco Island Skin was also released. In the weeks following Echoes of Eco, the remaining Epic Fire Monsters were released on Amber Island in pairs.
Echoes of Eco 2024[]
Echoes of Eco started on Wednesday, April 17th, and ended on Monday, May 6th. The event introduced four new Seasonal Costumes (for Kayna, Flum Ox, Edamimi, and Gnarls), four new Seasonal Decorations (the Plentiful Planter, the Golden Simian, the Quaint Outhouse, and the Greatfruit Tree), and the discovery of Epic Viveine on its respective Islands. This was also the first Echoes of Eco to feature Rare Viveine, which had released in Viveine's Out of Season event in October last year. The event also introduced Rare Pluckbill, along with Ethereal Workshop Wave 4, introducing X'rt and Pentumbra.

Notes[]
- Monster-Handler Matt mentioned during the April 2022 episode of My Singing Monsters Live that the island which would celebrate Echoes of Eco would contain Flowah and be themed around preservation. Out of all the islands with Flowah, Amber Island seemed the most likely bet, as Fire Haven already had Gobbleygourd, while Light and Psychic Islands were hinted to instead have Whiz-bang and Boo'qwurm respectively.
- Kristian Bush was contacted back in October 2022 for the permission of adding Viveine to Shugabush Island, as well as Amber Island.[2]
- Monster-Handler Tyson accidentally revealed that Viveine would be on Amber Island.
- According to Tyson, the sound bite of him claiming Viveine was on Amber Island is hidden somewhere in the Echoes of Eco 2023 trailer, but has not yet been found. [2]
- However, it is most likely sped up without pitch correction (i.e. pitched up due to speeding up) to be used as a sound effect such as critters' sounds, Edamimi's bouncing sfx, wind gusts, transition sfx, etc. When slowed down (w/o pitch correction), some of these sfx are revealed to be human voices while others sound like they could be, though due to how many sound there are it's hard to pick out which one is the sound bite.
- According to Tyson, the sound bite of him claiming Viveine was on Amber Island is hidden somewhere in the Echoes of Eco 2023 trailer, but has not yet been found. [2]
- Most aspects of this event are inspired by a discontinued Big Blue Bubble game called Greatfruit Grove.
- The Small Tree, Medium Tree, and Big Tree are the Plantelope, Halleberry, and Scorchberry trees respectively.
- The Boygo, Bulba, Manilow (spelled "Mannilow" in the April 2023 My Singing Monsters Live episode), and Screwberry trees can be seen on the Island, along with the Bulba, Boygo, Manilow, Pento, Songberry, Plantelope, Cuble, Halleberry, Applecot, Screwberry, Scorchberry, and Blashom fruits.
- The Plentiful Planter Seasonal Decoration is based on the Germination Station from Greatfruit Grove.
- The Golden Simian Seasonal Decoration is based on the monkeys from Greatfruit Grove.
- The Quaint Outhouse Seasonal Decoration is based on the Bovine Pegacorn from Greatfruit Grove.
- The Greatfruit Tree Seasonal Decoration is based on the Greatfruit tree from Greatfruit Grove.
- The fertilizer, golden monkey statue, and monkey hotel can all be seen on the Island.
- The conservation effort being called Project SEED is a reference to how the beta name for Greatfruit Grove was "SEED."
- The lettering of the Echoes of Eco wordmark is based on the logo for Greatfruit Grove.
- Although Echoes of Eco is themed around preservation, Greatfruit Grove is ironically lost media.
- Although Viveine is also available on Shugabush Island, Echoes of Eco is celebrated only on Amber Island.
- On Arbor Day (the last Friday of April), players are rewarded with Diamonds.
