“ | The Dwumrohl is armed to the teeth. Yet because they are so well-concealed by its feathers, it remains a mystery as to just how many arms the Dwumrohl has. This adroit percussionist has immaculate rhythm and can keep the beat alive with four, five, or even six arms behind its back. | ” |

Description[]
Dwumrohl is a Supernatural Monster exclusive to Wublin Island. It was added alongside Zynth, Poewk, Thwok, and Brump on March 24th, 2016 during Version 1.4.0. Dwumrohl is obtained by being purchased in the Market for 34,000 as an inactive statue, which can be woken up by zapping all required Monster Eggs into it. It has a high currency production compared to other Wublins.
Song[]
Instrument: Drum kit
Dwumrohl beats its drums to a jazz beat.
VSTs[]
Virtual Studio Technology is an audio plugin software that has libraries of sound effects and synthesized instruments. Within these libraries are SoundFonts, which are the individual effects and instruments themselves. The Monster-Handlers utilize several VSTs to create the sounds of instrumental and sometimes vocal Monsters.
Loop Manufacturer: Cubase
Loopset: Drum Loop Expansion
Loop: 05 106 Drums-c
Breeding[]
Dwumrohl cannot be bred. Like all Wublins, it is bought at the Market as an inactive statue that must be woken up.
Powering Up[]
The allotted time to fill a Dwumrohl in order to activate is 14 days. If the inventory is not completed in the time the Dwumrohl resets to an empty statue and all eggs inside are lost. Eggs can be zapped from Mirror Islands instead of, or in conjunction with Natural and Magical Islands.

Filling In[]
Like other Wublins, Dwumrohl can instead be filled in with Diamonds. Each egg can be filled in for 30. Dwumrohl requires a total of 2,130 for all eggs to be filled.
Since all eggs have an equal Diamond fill cost, it is best to save your Diamonds for the Monsters that are harder to obtain. And oftentimes, it is cheaper to speed up eggs to zap from the Breeding Structure instead.
Wildcards may also be used when filling in a Dwumrohl's inventory. Similarly, it's best to save them for harder to obtain Monsters.
Income[]
- Main article: Wublins#Income
Dwumrohl, like other Wublins, can produce between 39,000 and 78,000 Coins, 7,200 and 14,400 Treats, and 144 and 288 Shards. As a Monster that takes up a 3x3 grid space, Dwumrohl produces 3 Diamonds. Wublins generate a random type of currency every 6 to 12 hours. This rate can be increased or decreased depending on Polarity.
Currency generation is calculated separately per Monster, so multiple Dwumrohls will receive more currency, and have a higher chance overall to obtain valuable Diamonds. For maximizing income across your Wublin Island, see Wublin Island Grid Planning.
Currency Distribution[]
- Main article: Wublins#Currency Type Distribution
The currency for Dwumrohl is randomly selected from the 4 currencies it can produce. The chances to get each currency are detailed below. Datapoints are the number of recorded collections; the higher number of datapoints, the more accurate the data is.
Coins | Treats | Shards | Diamonds | Datapoints |
---|---|---|---|---|
32.13% | 29.26% | 29% | 9.6% | 1,500 |
Please do not edit this table. The data is taken from the Wublins page, which is derived from a joint spreadsheet. You can share your data on its talk page. Note that only large sample sizes of data are valuable.
Polarity[]
All Wublins are affected by Polarity, a mechanic that modifies their currency rate similar to happiness for other Monsters. When a Wublin is placed near another Wublin they are positively charged towards, the time to produce currency will decrease by 25%. When placed near a Wublin they are negatively charged towards, the time to produce currency will increase by 25%. The Common variants can be used instead for Rare Wublins, but the effect will be half as strong. Rare variants can fully affect the polarity of a Common Wublin.
The following Wublins affect Dwumrohl's polarity:
Negatively affects Dwumrohl | Positively affects Dwumrohl |
---|---|
Fleechwurm |
Astropod |
Dwumrohl also affects the polarity of the following Wublins:

Strategy[]
- The following section details strategy for powering up Dwumrohl, for general strategy that can apply to any Monster, see Zapping#Strategy
Dwumrohl can be powered up with up to Earth Island unlocked. It can be powered up faster with more Islands unlocked, with Bonus Breeding Structures, or Enhanced Breeding Structures.
The following strategies require zapping Eggs twice per day, once in the morning and once at night. More than two Monsters may be included in a day if it has a lower breeding time. For Tweedle and Potbelly, you can return at Noon or in the early-Afternoon. However the more dedicated player could zap more per day.
Note that the tables below don't include the required 8 Mammotts, 8 Toe Jammers, 8 Noggins needed to power up Dwumrohl. Since these Monsters have very low Breeding times, they can be easily obtained during or after you zap all of the other Monsters. Mammott and Toe Jammer can be obtained by cycling through 3 to 4 Islands they're available on, and Noggin can just be obtained on one Island.
If you have all Islands up to Earth Island, breed the following below:

Notes[]
- Dwumrohl's name is a play on the word "Drumroll."
- Fleechwurm and Dwumrohl are the only two Wublins that have negative polarity with each other.
- They are also the last and first Wublins to be released respectively.
- When awakened, Dwumrohl's selling price is the highest of all Wublins.
- The total value of the eggs it requires, 3,790,519 coins, is higher than any other Wublin.
- It is the only Wublin to require all Single-Element Natural Monsters, as well as being one of two to require all 5 Natural Quad-Elementals (the other being Thwok).
- It is the only Wublin to require Potbellies, but no Double-Element Monsters.
- It has the highest currency production of any Common Wublin.
- Dwumrohl is considered one of the three hardest Wublins to wake up, with the other two being Tympa and Pixolotl. Of the three, it is also the most expensive Wublin to fill using solely Diamonds.
- It is the only Wublin where all its required eggs can be found across all 5 Natural Islands, both Fire Islands, all 4 Magical Islands, and Shugabush Island.
- On March 29th, 2016, BBB posted an animated GIF with some "more research on the Wublins", consisting of some trivia about the first set of five Wublins. The facts for Dwumrohl are:
- Can flip pancakes, toss pizza dough, and diaper a baby while lacing up roller skates.
- Omnidextrous: an east-west-north-southpaw, if you will.
- Exact number of retractable arms remains undetermined.
- The last four letters of Dwumrohl's name are also the last four letters from the name of Dave Grohl, the former drummer of Nirvana.
