Decorations are items that can be bought from the Market, used to aesthetically decorate an island and to increase the Happiness of Monsters. Their size can also be adjusted by selected it and pressing Move. A slider bar will then appear where the size can be increased or decreased. For more information about the trees and rocks that are already found on islands, see Obstacles.

Battle Decorations

These decorations are tied to Battle mechanics and/or The Colossingum.

Trophies and Crowns

Trophies are awarded for completing some of the Quests and select Versus challenges in The Colossingum. Trophies can be awarded more than once if the same Quest is played again at a later date. They can be found under the Special () filter in the market. In version 4.0.0, Trophies can be sold. Selling them returns it to the market, where it can be placed again. Originally, they could not be removed once placed.

There are a total of 54 trophies, 24 of which being common trophies from permanent quests, 5 being natural island trophies, 15 being limited time quests, 5 being seasonal quests, and 5 being versus quests. In addition to these trophies, there is a separate class of three Champion’s Crowns. Players cannot obtain more than one of the permament quest trophies.

Common Trophies have a cup with two handles and a Mammott hand, with Seasonal Trophies having distinctly different designs. They also have a symbol which often resembles something in-game, related to the achievement. The trophies for Ethereal Quests feature the hand of a Ghazt instead, and the trophies for Seasonal quests have adornments related to their respective seasonal.

Notes

• Animated Decorations are not affected by the Time Machine's speed.
• The Epic Seasonal Monsters all like their respective Seasonal Decorations.
• The Mountain Morsel, Thumpies Totem, Wubbox Stockpile, Jarhead, and Inverdigus Fern Decorations used to be only available in the PlayStation Vita versions of My Singing Monsters, but were added to mobile with version 2.3.2. They are now known as the Mythical Decorations.
  • The Mountain Morsel and Thumpies Totem Decorations originate from the Thumpieverse, with the Wubbox Stockpile bearing sigils that originated from the Thumpieverse as well.
• Obstacles, Paths, and Battle Decorations are the only categories of Decoration not liked by any Monsters.

An unusually large Meldablend.

• Using a glitch, it is possible to scale Decorations (and Monsters and Structures) to unusual sizes. The glitch is performed by selecting a Path, deselecting it and tapping the object you want to scale. Note that the size will reset if the object is selected normally or when you exit the game.
• Trophies are the only Colossingum decorations that can also be placed on other islands.
• Although players are told to place the BUM-ble Beginnings Trophy on Plant Island, the trophy can be placed on any currently unlocked Islands that allow decorations.
• The Crowns and Colossal Quest trophies are the only trophies that are animated.
