Cranchee is a Dreamythical Monster exclusive to Mythical Island. It was added alongside Rare G'joob and Amber Island Wave 8 on October 12th, 2022, during version 3.7.1. It is best obtained by breeding Cataliszt and Strombonin. By default, its breeding time is 1 day and 8 hours long. Cranchee has a high Coin production compared to other Monsters on Mythical Island. The Goal for placing your first Cranchee rewards the player with 10 Diamonds ().

Cranchee sings "boodap-badimbo" in a distorted voice. It makes a sound similar to a sound drill rappers use, and fills in empty space during Sporerow's first verse.

Before the first Beat Hereafter started on October 26th, 2022, Cranchee had a different sound, likely being changed due to sounding more like "boodap-badimdo", unlike what the bio says, which has now been changed.

To breed Cranchee, you will need to breed Cataliszt and Strombonin. Note that it is not a 100% success rate, but the chances can be increased with Wishing Torches.

Cranchee's name seems to be derived from the words "Cranchiidae," a family that comprises 60 species of squid, and "cranky".
Cranchee, along with Deedge, are the only two monsters to have speakers embedded into their bodies.
Like other Dreamythicals, Cranchee's income at Level 1 is 10,012 Coins (), which is a reference to its release date.
The Monster-Handlers are fairly confident that the Strombone was reminded by Deedge's iconic head speaker and ice boomboxes when dreaming up Cranchee.
Cranchee has an unused second track that is never heard in-game, but it can be heard in the Official Soundtrack version of Mythical Island.
- Because of that, Cranchee is the only Monster on Mythical Island to not play with Cataliszt. However, it probably would if its second track was added, if its inclusion in the Official Soundtrack is anything to go by. It would also most likely play in shLep's verse.
