Coldman Colloquy is a limited-time, animated Decoration available on most Islands for 
2,500,000 Coins or 
5,000 Shards. It was added on December 5th, 2018. It is available to purchase during the season of Festival of Yay, or during Out of Season Events or Anniversary Month. Any Decorations purchased will remain after the event ends. Like all limited-time Decorations, Coldman Colloquy can't be found using the type filter in the Market.
