- The Cave Crystal Island was the first dimension unique to the My Singing Monsters franchise to be added since the addition of the Prism Dimension in 2015.
- It is heavily implied that the Connatruna of the Cave Crystal Dimension is Knurv, as Knurv's bio states that it is "known by another name in its native dimension", one of Knurv's possible Monster names is Connatruna, and its Mystery Like is the Cave Crystal Teleporter.
