The Bowgart loves to stand in puddles. It sucks a muddy mixture of Earth and Water through its feet to feed rapid horn growth. When shed, a horn will be strung and tuned, then replace the Bowgart's old instrument.

Strategy[]
As a Plant (), Water () and Cold () Monster, Bowgart is naturally strong against Earth (), Water () and Cold () Monsters and attacks, but are weak against Air (), Plant () and Water (). Non-skin Bowgarts have a strong advantage against T-Rox, but has a strong disadvantage against Spunge. Bowgart has no Costumes with the Air () move, so it misses out on dealing strong damage against Potbellies.
Bowgarts below level 15 are not good for battling Oaktopi and Spunges because even though Bowgart has a Musical move unlocked at the beginning, its only Elemental moves are Water () and Cold (), which are weak against these Monsters.
Costume Choices:
Jack Eloper is a straight upgrade of the Musical move.
Oh Ossy! replaces its Cold () move with an Earth () move that deals stronger damage towards Air () Monsters. However, Bowgart cannot deal with certain Earth () Monsters as effectively, as a result of the loss of its Cold () move.
Notes[]
The "Hey Fiddle Diddle" move is set in F Major, and plays the nursery rhyme song of the same name.
Version 3.2.0 permanently changed the price of many Costumes:
Jack Eloper changed from 30 Diamonds () (discounted) and 45 Diamonds () (full price) to 25 Diamonds () (discounted) and 37 Diamonds () (full price).
Oh Ossy! changed from 100 Diamonds () (discounted) and 150 Diamonds () (full price) to 25 Diamonds () (discounted) and 37 Diamonds () (full price).
