Description[]
The Bamboo Flute is the first Workshop Crafting Item and overall, the seventh Crafting Item to be unlocked in the game. Its Trading Post Price Range is 795 - 1,325 Coins (
). It is unlocked at Level 7.
Uses[]
As an end product, there are no Crafting Items that require Bamboo Flutes. However, Bamboo Flutes can be given directly to Monsters and can be used in the Skyship.
Crafting[]
To craft a Bamboo Flute, 2 Bamboo (
) and 1 Grain (
) must be made or purchased, and processed in the Workshop. To start crafting a Bamboo Flute, drag the "Bamboo Flute" icon into the Structure. It takes 30 minutes to complete crafting of one Bamboo Flute, down to 20 minutes, 41 seconds on a max-level Workshop.
Once a Bamboo Flute has finished production, it can be collected for 2 
.
Skyship Requirements[]
When required in the Skyship, the 3 order will require 1-5 Bamboo Flutes, making a total of 3, 6, 9, 12 or 15.
Strategy[]
Large productions of Bamboo Flutes may be crafted with a good number of Bogs that craft Bamboo and a good supply of continuous Grain. Have a good supply of Bamboo and at least sufficient supply of Grain, and then craft all the Bamboo Flutes into a Workshop or two. Wait for 30 minutes per Bamboo Flute being crafted, and craft more Bamboo Flutes every 30-90 minutes. Have a good amount of Bamboo ready though.

Concept
- The Bamboo Flute is the first non-Crystal Crafting Item to reach over 15 minutes.
- Similarly to both the Sugar Cane and the Polar Teddybear, the Bamboo Flute's prototype image was leaked in the initial release of the My Singing Monsters Official Guide. It was switched back to the real image in a later release.
- The Concept Bamboo Flute did not look like a pan flute but more like a real flute.
- The 2.3.0 Update quintupled the Bamboo Flute's price. Its previous price range was 159 - 265 Coins (
).
