Description[]

The Apple is the first Crafting Item to be unlocked in the Fruit Tree and overall, the first Crafting Item to be unlocked in the game, along with the Vegidian Crystal and the Seedling. Its Trading Post Price Range is 55 - 91 Coins (Coins). It is unlocked at Level 1 as part of the tutorial.

There was formerly a variant of the Apple: Apple x5. The Crafting Item Apple x5 was similar to just one Apple, a red apple with a green leaf. However, there was a box in the top-right corner that reads "x5". Appearance-wise, this was the only difference distinguishing Apple and Apple x5, however, the single gameplay difference between the two was that Apple 5x is simply a 5x version of Apple.

Uses[]

Apples are needed to craft into Applesauce in the Masher, which requires two Apples, and Apple Tarts in the Bakery, which requires three. Candy Apples in the Candy Factory and Vitamin Pills in the Apothecary both require one Apple to craft at least one.

Crafting[]

To craft an Apple, simply drag the "Apple" icon from the "Items" menu and into the slots menu, from top-left to top-right, all the way to bottom-left to bottom-right (if the player has more slots). Then it will start generating a number of Apples, the number depending on how many slots they dragged into.

Alternatively, drag the "Apple" icon into the Structure itself to make the Fruit Tree start crafting one Apple; to craft multiple Apples, repeat the process until they have the number of pending Apples they desire.

It takes 15 seconds to craft one Apple without upgrades. On a max Fruit Tree, it takes 10 seconds to craft one Apple.

Once an Apple has been collected from crafting it, it rewards 1 Experience per Apple. Any Apples also have a chance to be obtained in the Wondermine.

Skyship Requirements[]

When needed in the Skyship, the 3 orders with require 3-10 Apples. This makes a total of 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 or 30 Apples.

Strategy[]

Placing Apples in a player's Fruit Tree can allow for more Apples to be stored, so the player can collect them when they need them. Generally, Apples are a very easy item to acquire. Multiple Apples can be used for mass Applesauce production, in which Applesauce production can produce a lot of profit when sold in the Market.

Notes[]

  • The Apple resembles that of a real life apple, that being one with a green leaf.
  • The Apple is the fastest crafting item in the game.
  • In Version 2.3.0, all items in the market quintupled in market value. Though some items got a few coins taken off their minimum or maximum price after this occurred. Its previous price range was 11 - 19 Coins (Coins).
  • The Apple is the first item to be required in a crafting recipe, which is that Applesauce requires two Apples.
