- The Amber encasing the Thing, Flutter, is from the sap of the World Tree. It has also been seen encasing Kayna in amber on Tribal Island, and encasing several species in the Shard Mountains in the dimension of Thingia.
- Flutter is one of the two "Things" that appear in My Singing Monsters, along Dongle's appearance in the Epic Scups' "Dongle The Thing" Costume.
- At level 28, a lucrative Goal becomes available for purchasing a Ambered Thing.
